Used this hotel during our stay at Yellowstone. The hotel is about 4 miles from the Northeast entrance and 33 miles from Tower Jct on the Grand Loop of Yellowstone. Expect an hour ride to get to Tower Junction from the hotel if you do not stop for wildlife viewing (so expect a solid 1.5 hours to complete this 33 miles.) Hotel was clean but unimpressed with the continental breakfast as juice machine was out of order the our entire stay. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Good place next door for a real breakfast and excellent restaurant across the street in the "Casino" (only a couple slot machines) for steak and other. (no fast food in this town)

Although the health department shut the water system down on June 22 because of e-coli, and our first night was June 29, no one--neither the hotel or Orbitz emailed or called to warn us, offer other motels options, etc. during the one week before our arrival. Once there, (Yellowstone area) there were no rooms within 100 plus miles. When we checked in the clerk handed me two bottles (liters) of water and said, "we're having some issues with our water." No other explaination. Since it was after 10:00 pm we went to our room. It wansn't until breakfast we found out the full extent of the problem. There was no juice because the machine it came from was supplied by contaminated water source. No attempt was made to bring in canned or bottle juices. Same with ice machines. You could not use! Situation remained the same for our entire stay. I am just as dissapointed (maybe more) with Orbitz's failure to step in during the one week before our arrival at the hotel. I thought that Orbitz was supposed to warn and protect their clients!

Location to what I wanted to see. Management of hotel and the way I was treated was horrible. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days.The room was never cleaned.Dust was an inch thick in some places and the cleaning staff did very little to help.The room has no smoke alarm nor do any of the vending machines work or are in stock.The place is poorly managed by people who have no idea what they are doing.

New and above average for the location. Nothing in the town it was located in. Very good motel. Would stay again if traveled to that area.
