I am sorry but this is the worst place I stayed in a long time. The bed was awful, facility awful, what they called continental breakfast awful. Just awful! Won't stay there again. Would sleep in my SUV, if I have to.

It's a clean, secure, friendly place to collapse for a few hours before pushing on. Checkin and checkout were done with efficiency and courtesy, the room was clean and everything in it worked all right. And I'll say it a third time: everybody was really friendly!

Friendly service, they were easy to work with and even upgraded our room. The overall hotel needs renovation- old carpets, etc. Our experience overall was good. The Manager kindly upgraded us to the bigger room and the receptionists were nice. For a one star I think it was on par. The bathtub loudly creeks when you take a shower and the bathroom light bulbs were mixed and matched. The price was a little high.

Staff at desk was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was really bad! Poor housekeeping drug everything down. Toilet tissue was almost empty, and no backup. Old food in fridge. Coffee pot (reservoir) was filthy. etc., etc. Person at desk, upon hearing of problems, We've had a lot of complaints today, I don't think she (housekeeper) had much time. Lousy excuse!

The room were clean and had lots of extra towels in the bathroom. We had asked for an extra pillow, the staff said they can give only one. Hotel staff was supposed to get it to our rooms but never did. The hotel looks clean and well mentioned. Drawbacks are it is located in a very isolated area with very few dining places around. The hotel staff is courteous but is not professional.
