I have to this hotel offered nothing special, I thought the checkin staff was rather rude, and the was very cold breakfast. Everything else was avarage. I would not stay there for a extended period of time it is a good one night stayover spot.

Like most folks, when I travel in Providence, I wind up either staying near the airport or in Providence. I found myself in need of a place to stay during a winter storm, and found my new favorite place. The rooms are very comfortable - the only tips I can offer is if you like your showers hot, you're better off not trying to bathe at peak hours like just before breakfast or when folks are going to be getting up for work. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. I have hearing loss, but most people wouldn't know. I like the fact that the staff actually look at you when they speak to you, and one desk clerk even knew Sign Language - it made me feel great to be able to communicate easily. I was surprised by the continental breakfast. Most places serve stale bread and cheap coffee. This place has three types of cereal, the coffee was good, and there was an assortment of bagels. They also offer a free local newspaper. It's a little touch, but a nice one. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

This motel is centrally located, easy to find and the room we stayed in was very clean as well as modern. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Convenient location and great price. Bathtub was dirty (thought is was a stain, but it wasn't). This hotel had many of the same amenities asother hotels. They would do much better if they would improve their cleaning staff. Also, they should always check things (like the heat lamp in bathroom) to see that everything is in working condition. I told the lady at front desk about the problem w/the lamp and she didn't even offer us another room. I also liked the mirrored room off of the bathroom. However, there should still be one in the bathroom, as well as a trash recipracal. People need room for ice to keep their beverages cold. The best way is in the sink, but that's difficult because there's only one.

The bedspread and blanket were worn, and didn't seem very clean. Otherwise, it was clean and pleasant.

It was clean, the heater worked and the bed was ok. There was hardly any water pressure-hard to shower. It served its purpose. All we needed was a place to sleep and shower. It was easy to get to off I95, cheap and clean. We'd stay there again.

It is a good value in a convenient location for our family. I have no complaints. We have a daughter who goes to URI; we always stay at this hotel. It is much less expensive than the closer hotels and motels. It has a nice continental breakfast. The rooms are always clean and quiet. It suits us perfectly. It is not elegant and luxurious, but we are not on a family vacation or a romantic getaway when we go to visit our daughter.

It was very coveniently located for the purpose of our trip. Strange smell throughout corridors, used toiletries in bathroom.
