it was ok for the price but the service was not the best, could have had better room services. location was quiet and convient.

Stayed here one night on a long drive from LA back to Kansas. It was very late ,after midnight when we checked in and did not notice the lack of security. when we got up to leave a 8am our car had been broken into and several things stolen. This is when we noticed there were no security cameras and the lack of the keycard lock at the outer door. We also learn that one of the hotel staff noticed our car when they came into work and they did and said nothing about it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

nice location, price ok. however i was quoted a price for my 3 night stay and later found that i was charged more than my quote. i was checking the activity on my bank acct. and noticed numerous debits and credits to and from my acct. causing a negative ballance and overdraft fees which they would not reimburse me for even after speaking with them on the phone and haveing my charges fixed as they were originally agreed upon at check-in. also, some of the door card locks were malfunctioning and after a day of shopping and collecting various keepsakes , i would arrive back to my room only to be stuck outside the hotel entrance with my arms full and my room card not working on the door to the entrance. by day 2 i found myself just going to the front desk to have my card reset so could enter my room. this was very difficult as i would always have things i was carying to my room. on some occaisions i would see an elderly couple stuck outside also trying to use their card too. staff was courtious and freindly but could not fix the problem.

This Super8 Motel on the west side of Albuquerque was very convenient to our activities in the city. Amenities were adequate. Several nearby eating facilities gave us plenty of options. Food was good. Although it did have wireless internet available in the room for those who brought a wireless laptop, it would have been useful, as so many other Super8's have, to have a computer available for general use somewhere near the desk. Some cosmetic exteral work on the siding and eave troughs made for some noise, but not unduly. I would recommend this motel to anybody who wants a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Albuquerque area. - Satisfied visitor.

The continental breakfast was not ready at 6 a.m. This is a good motel for the price. However, the walls and ceilings/floors are thin, so I heard the people next door talking and the people upstairs walking. Also, I was awakened at 4 am by the slamming of other rooms' doors and must have heard at least six slams before I fell back asleep after about a half hour. If I return, I'll bring ear plugs. The only other thing I noticed was housekeeping uses air freshener bit heavily.

Close to highway. Stains on bathroom walls. For the price it was whatI expected. It's fine for a night or two. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

Felt safe. Nothing. Easy check in/out. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe in the hotel. Lighted parking area.

Convenient to the interstate highway I-40. The room was very shabby and overpriced for the accommodations. Even though our room was recently remodeled, it was shabby. There were roaches in the bathroom and tub area. It appears that the entire hotel is being remodeled so be sure to call ahead to make sure that they are ready for customers. Don't expect much. I would rate this hotel as below a 1-star at this time.

Clean, comfortable and secured. When we got there, the hotel is renovating. All the building was covered by white papers. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay for a short period and keep traveling.

It was kept clean on a daily basis with fresh sheets and towels. No outdoor space to enjoy the weather. Overall it was an acceptable place and a reasonable price.

The room was large, giving us a home-like feeling. The floor in the bathroom looked as though the material was installed by a 5-year-old--tacky. We arrived early in the afternoon and settled in. Soon our TV sound quit. The front desk people quickly moved us to another and the stay was perfect.
