The hotel had no ground floor rooms, they were in the basement and then one floor above. The only thing on the main floor was the front desk and the breakfast area. We got stuck in one of the basement rooms which was humid and smelly. The carpet needed a good cleaning. Found an ant in the bed. The price was cheap but for what we got, it should have been half of what we paid. We didn't need anything fancy just a clean room and a clean bed and for the price we paid that is not what we got.

The place is in great shape. The service people here are great. Large breakfast area with good selection and waffles. There is a pool and hot tub that is well maintained. Very close to shopping. You can't beat this place

The stay was good, but travel in this hotel at night is somewhat noisey, supposedly due to guests checking in off the highway at night, good location for the big mall West Acres and all the resturants around, was a nice stay.

It was conveniently located near the mall and the bed was comfy. The clientele is a little rough with rowdy guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms reasonably clean but there were rowdy guests and it caters to a lesser quality clientele.

Large comfortable room, in room hot tub, quiet, with a comfortable bed. We were in a smoking room because there was nothing else available. It is located in a great area, close to shopping and the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with very nice furnishings. There was air-conditioning which we did use. I really liked the hot tub.

Great location. Really, really thin walls. The people above us were a noisy bunch, we did not get to sleep until 2am. because of the noise. The walls are too thin.

Nothing. Room size is way to small, pool was filthy, air conditioning didn't work even in the room we had to move to. The rooms are to small to have anymore then two adults. I do not recommend that anyone with small children stay here. Our 7 yr. old was always getting under our feet for no reason other then the rooms are to small. The TVs are on a slim stand that appears can be tipped over very easily.

It was in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Area for getting continental breakfast was small. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the pool was well maintained.

It was a great location and the pool was great for the kids for the price I paid. The interstate traffic noise on the west side. I would stay here again, you don't get to stay this cheap and have a pool and the breakfast was great too.
