We were in town to visit family so only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep. This hotel met those expectations adequately.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was basic, but it had everything you need. If your looking for something on the cheaper side this is the place to stay.

Theonly thing good was the water pressure in the shower. Pretty much everything. This hotel was the worst place that I have ever stayed in my life. It was very nasty, dirty & discusting. The first thing that hit you was the smell. And I couldn't tell you the last time the carpet was vaccumed. The bathroom was filthy the floor was dirty, stains in the toilet and the ceiling was falling down. The heating worked when it wanted to. The parking lot had no outside security lights.

I've had to be in Peoria for several weeks on business. Chris, the manager always has a nice clean room waiting for me when I roll in at 6:00 in the morning. There's a nice little continental breakfast down in the lobby. I hang the do not disturb sign on the door and unpack- I can leave my laptop up and running and linked to my PDA,and there are 8 or so restaurants that deliver in 30 min or less.

It was close to Peoria without all the traffic. The security door on the side of the building was broken. Overall. We asked for a King room. We brought our dog which the hotel was supposed to be pet friendly. When we checked in we informed them of having a dog and they had to move us to a completely different room because they only have certain rooms for animals. We got moved to a 2-bed room. The side security door was broken so anyone could have walked in through the side at any time. Plus people were tailgating in the parking lot when we got there.

The only good things I can say about our stay is that the room was clean and they let us have our dog with us. Otherwise, the staff had no personality. The cleaning people rushed us out of our room even when we had the Do Not Distub sign out. The ""clean"" towels reeked of cigerette smoke.
