Continental breakfast. Ground floor sliding glass door did not lock properly. Clean room and lobby area, handy access to public internet PC.

Location and fairly large rooms.Internet was offered, but quite slow. Breakfast area was inadequate in size. Bathroom very small. Excellent location on the main highway through Vernon, BC. Easy access to near by shopping and restaurants. Desk clerk was very helpful with directions.

There was a small patio and the TV was larger than most hotels. Staff were unfriendly, unco-operative, continue break items were stale, housekeeping took a very long time to change room over. I would not recommend this hotel. It is central and it did give us coupons to dine at surrounding restaurants, but the staff were unfriendly. Neither myself or my travel mate smoke. It came in from people beside us smoking on their patio in which we left the patio door open most times as it was stuffy.
