We went to Fort Smith for a Jehovah's Witness Convention. The hotel was clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

The motel is one of the best Super 8 , I have ever stayed, Nice and clean , smell nice rooms are clean!! Breakfast with hot waffles! and the kids love the heated pool one of the best motels in this area!

I was pretty disappointed in the comfort of the bed and the sheets and blanket were terrible quality. The sheets were so thin and there was a burn hole in them and the blanket was knotty.

Got new room, and gave us upgrade. First room was very noisy. Do not take the room behind the counter, very noisy room, gave us new room to a suite,100% better, and made my wife happy which made me happy.

We arrived late on Nov 12, 2008. All Three of us were exausted. We settled in for sleep and all of us noticed the stench, but were too tired to move. By morning, everyone was nauseated, and all of us slept with our head covered up. The stench was cat urine. It's an unmistakeable smell. This super 8 allows pets. When I complained in the morning, the man said, "I will make a note of it". That was it. No I'm sorry, nothing. I told him how disgusted I was. He did not respond. What a jerk. I would not recommend anyone staying there, unless they enjoy the stench of cat urine. And, who knows where it was exactly? Was it on a bed, or the floor? Who knows...it just reeked. The hallway smelled like a casino..thick with cigarette smoke.

Room was decent considering the price with the exception of one of the beds contained black hair all through it leading us to believe that the room had not been cleaned well and the fact that the room and hall ways reeked of cigarette smoke

The staff and the pool. The counter space. When we arrived, the outside was clean and neat. The man at the front desk was very helpful and nice. When we went down to swim the pool was very clean and nice.

Free internet, coffee maker, refrigerator, and inside entrance to room. Overnight desk clerk was carrying on rather emotional phone conversation in our presence. Very accommodating staff at check in. Great accommodations and convenient location. When we returned from our function that night, however, the desk clerk was in the middle of a very emotional phone conversation, which, while it didn't necessarily bother me personally, would probably been a turn off to most guests, especially any that would have been trying to check in at that time.

Llocation was good. Wireless Internet in rooms. This hotel has a good location to freeway traffic and business in city. Breakfast is sufficient but lacks variety. Same stuff everyday. Rooms were clean and comfortable for this type of motel. Staff was curteous, however, many times not available at the front desk - had to wait for them to come to attend to customer needs/questions.

The spacious room. Bathroom door was very close to sink. Hard to close. I thought it was very nice and very affordable. The bed was especially comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient. Ran out of Danish every morning, so you had to get down there early to get any. It was very nice and clean and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only suggestion I could make would be to have enough breakfast for everyone. Breakfast runs from 6-9 although around 8 am there would either be no more waffle mix or no more Danish.

Close to Interstate. Only stayed to get rest from road. Only stayed long enough to rest. Convenient to Interstate and not noisy at all. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

Staff was very pleasant and perfect location off of I-40. I was upstairs and I had to make multiple trips up two flights of stairs to unload and load the car.

Actually the hotel was better than what I expected. Parking is a little crappy. Highly recommend this hotel. Always felt safe and secure. Has allotted to offer for travelers.
