The quietness in the rooms. You could not hear the people in the room next to you. The staff in the lobby were slow. The apple juice was water down. We had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was okay but I found it was not good if you are on a no sugar diet.

We stayed here three days and had zero complaints. Once again, Super 8 is the best value for the money. Simple check-in, quiet, clean room, nice continental breakfast; this place was exactly what we wanted.

Was not bad, the first room we went to had a bad air conditioner but they moved us with no problem. The air conditioner was a little bit of a problem. They turned off when they got to the right tempature, not the rest of the room. I understand the energy cost but the bed was across the room so I kept waking up to hot. The shower was wonderful. Nice water flow. They were nice about the free breakfast in the lobby, making sure you had everything you needed. Over all, not bad for the price.

Staff was rude, we wanted a room with a microwave/fridge, they said that we booked our room with travel website so they couldnt help us nor would they even try

I had to have 2 rooms while I was in this hotel. The first room was very nice - I just couldn't get an internet connection. When I requested another room, I was given cards to someone else's room on the 2nd floor. (I lugged all my stuff up there only to have to turn back.) I finally got into my new room - the air conditioner wasn't the coldest but I had internet and I could work. The location was hard to find but I had GPS and that really helped. For the money, the room wasn't that bad. There are a lot of fast food type resturants in the area so that was pretty nice. All in all - I would stay again, just make sure you get a room in the '700's', I'm told that's where the best internet connection is.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the front desk staff was friendly. The location of the hotel. It was a great room. I did not specify that I needed a refrigerator to store breaskmilk, but they were willing to store the milk in their refrigerator and place me in a room with one once it became available.

"We had great service from check in to check out. The room were very clean, roomy and comfortable. Great price for the vaulue you get. Would stay here again."

The front desk was nice and very helpful. Dirty. I will never stay at a Super 8 again after this experience. I was there for 6 nights and it was horrible. I think the people next door were dismembering a body, there was so much noise from their room. The room was very unclean for the price I paid. The tub was so stained that I was afraid to bathe my two year old in it, there were really noticeable piles of dirt in the corners of the bathroom and my son drooled on a mirror and for 4 days it went unclean. Not to mention that the pillows have to be the world's flattest pillows and when I asked for 4 more for 4 people in my room, they only had one extra to spare. I will never again spend the bucks for the Fairfield Inn on Santa Rosa.

Location, price, breakfast, friendly receptionist. Cleaner than most 1 stars, tiny baby roach in the bathroom. When I arrived, someone had left a bag of chips and soda on the couch and the TV was on. I thought someone may have still be there, but the cleaning ladies kids were probably the culprit in this situation. Got a different room, no problem. Good amount of privacy, left the do not disturb sign and the staff respected this. Comfortable bed, nice room, good to invite people over. Would stay again, very convenient location.

Did not enjoy our stay. We are never returning and are telling our friends about the horrible stay. When we checked in, one of the rooms smelled heavily of Clorox, the door frame was broken, and it wouldn't lock properly. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, and the desk clerk agreed. When we returned to the front office, the clerk asked us to pay an additional fee because the other room only had queen size beds. When we asked to speak to a manager, he said he didn't feel the need to let us speak to his wife, when this decision was final. We returned to the room later in the evening and found a bunch of boxes, carts, and trash bags in front of the room. We called the office and they said that their storage room was next to our room, so that they had no other place to put the boxes. We will never return, and will definitely let others know how rude this gentleman was with us so that they wont stay there either.

Close to Verison Amphitheatre Selma TX. Office is far away from room we were in. Overall this was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and it was a great value.

The pool was clean. The hotel said (on the web sight) it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room, and did not. The stay was enjoyable. I was able to request (but not promised) a room with either a microwave or refrigerator, being there were only 10 rooms with one or the other. I did get a room with a fridge, which was helpful since I was there for the weekend with a teenager. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything I asked for. Our room was up stairs, at the top of the stairs, and was never disturbed by other guests walking up or down. I was quite amazed. I would stay there again.

The rooms were larger than expected and overall it was clean. No elevator to reach second floor room. Overall this hotel was good. However, because there is no elevator anyone who might have problems with stairs would not care to stay at this motel. It was close to freeways and was surprised that there was no noise from either outside or the adjoining rooms.

Convenient. Older hotel. Hotel was good for price. Clean and descent. Located close to 1604 and I35 so it was well located and price was good plus a fair continental breakfast for the price you can not beat it. Room was clean.

They left clean towels in a bag at the door, did not disturb me. Continental breakfast area stayed dirty. It was busy and they needed more staff to help. It was clean and met my needs. They needed more morning staff to keep up with the needs of the continental breakfast. I liked that they left clean towels in a bag at the door and did not disturb me and my children. They were polite and helpful.

Location and commitment to guest services, i.e. clean towels, coffee, room size, etc. It would have been nice if the breakfast buffet opened before 7am. The motel staff members were very pleasant and the room, daily services, and breakfast buffet were a great value for the daily rate. I will stay at the Universal City Super 8 again.

Had a continental breakfast. They did not have a non smoking room. We were very upset that we did not get a non smoking room.
