One staff member tried hard. Again, extremely dirty filthy. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but it couldn't come close to making up for the horrible conditions found in the rooms. Extremely dirty not stocked with needed products. Actually un safe conditions, bottom floor window did not lock. Worse conditions I've ever experienced in a stay anywhere. Never ever again, I'd sleep in my car first.

I understand Super 8's are not a 4 star, or even 3 star hotel but they do have a reputation of being clean, and actually nice hotels. This hotel wasn't, it was old granted but when you walked in you were hit with smoke smell and it never went away...down the hall, in our NON smoking room, everywhere. Plus it smelled musty. Our room was a jacuzzi room and granted it was not bad, carpet looked new and jacuzzi was clean. Towels were dingy though. And the cable was terrible, static on most channels. When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation in the computer and i insisted that he took all my info and she looked back over a notebook that they write in i and there it was for the 17th!! not the 16th! Luckily they were not busy so we got our jacuzzi room. Breakfast was orange juic, cofee, and small stale donutes and they also had english muffins. Not impressed and i'm usually one to think "oh it's not bad...it'll do". But not this one. The plus - the check in lady was very nice and apologetic about our reservation not being in computer and brought us towels without us asking.

Room was clean and provided me with inexpensive accommodations. Exit remained unlocked 24 hrs a day, safety issue caused some concern. Room was clean and staff was dependable and polite. If you want basic hotel accommodations with no frills.

Not only did they give our non-smoking room away, that was held with a credit card, they charged our credit card for 6 rooms that weren't even under our name. When we tried to get our money back, they said we needed to contact the person who was supposed to pay for them and collect the money from him.

Bed was comfortable. Maid left our door open after cleaning. Well the AC went out the when we got to our room, and management put in a new one. The room was not as clean as we like them. Our room was near one of the back entrances. The door on that end of the building could not be closed completely or locked anyone could walk in. We returned to our room one night and the maid had left the door standing open all day. The continental breakfast was stale donuts and empty cereal bins.

Nothing. I did not like anything about this hotel. This hotel smelled like a men room in a bar, the smell of dirty linen was overpowering, the sheets were all stained, the AC did not work, the carpet stunk, the TV hardly worked, the bathtub was full of soap scum, the door did not lock.

Location. Stayed two nights and they never cleaned the room. The bed was not made and the towels were not replaced. They need to work on house keeping. The room was dirty when I arrived and was not cleaned during the 2 days that I stayed.

The bed. The free breakfast and the hospitality of the staff were both very poor. The bed was very comfortable, but as for the rest of our stay it was very poor and I wound not recommend this motel to anyone.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel. The front lobby was in the middle of construction, the doors were on lock down so it felt like a small prison, the area was nice it was close to everything but the rooms were terrible, the hotel smelled like urine inside and out. The service was horrible it was like we were under constant watch, and the service was terrible the night lady drove us crazy calling us every 30 minutes to let us know we had visitors in our room and the manager did not look like he knew what was going on. They are in serious need of an upgrade with everything. We did not even spend a full 24 hours in the hotel.
