Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Cigarette smoke. Halls were full of it. Cigarette smoke filtered into room from bathroom vent. I'm allergic so was a bit uncomfortable.

The room is very basic. We just needed a place to crash after shopping and didn't need any frills. The staff was very friendly upon check-in. The hallway did have a bit of smoke odor in the non-smoking rooms. Overall the rooms seemed clean.

We just wanted an inexpensive room while I shopped in Tuscola. The staff at check-in were not friendly. The room was very basic and the motel needed some upgrading (i.e. finish scraped off doors, vanity top didn't fit, no iron or ironing board, etc.) The room was clean and tv worked ok. Breakfast area was functional but cluttered with cereal, etc. There were 2 cereals, apples, small danish and bagels, juice, and coffee. If you want to save money but don't care about ammenities, this motel would work for you.

They were very helpful when we needed something. It was a little run down, but not horribly run down.
