Great location, good price, indoor pool. Worst customer service ever. Smoke smell in room was putrid. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The smoking room was thick with smoke smell as though it had never been aired out. Instantly our eyes burned and throats stung. We ended up staying elsewhere and are fighting with the hotel.

We complained about the first room we were given, due to fowl odor, second room not an improvement. Run down, needs major repairs.

Hotel staff jumped to fix things at my request. Initial room at hotel was filthy, but fixed when I spoke to manager. Overall good price for this hotel.

It was next to a wedding reception we were attending. The beds were supposed to be king sized beds and were not. And also the sheets were not put on very well on our second night's stay.
