Nice hotel, clean and friendly. One word of advice though DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE ON THE STREET!

Very nice front desk clerk; comfy bed. Nothing. I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed which surpassed some far more expensive hotels I have stayed in. The front desk clerk was very nice at check-in and after. The location was convenient to freeways and stores and a FedEx Kinko's.

The motel was not really unclean, the age is a disadvantage in the fact it is somewhat run down and requires extra cleaning to get to the level of others.

for the money it was worth the stay. we only stayed one night so we really were not at the hotel much

Scary! My first impression was that our room was SO dirty. It looked like they made the bed, took out the garbage and left. Then, when we went to have our continental breakfast, the milk was warm, they had very little selection and the window screen looked like it had been cut all the way down with a knife. Then, I didn't think it could get any scarier and when we left, 2 vans had been broken into in the parking lot and the manager was no help at all. I would NEVER stay here again!

The hotle was quiet and clean. It looks a little dated, but the staff does a good job keeping it clean. The room was just fine--I am glad they provide an ironing board and a blow dryer. What drew me to this hotel was the price. IT is a good value. It is nothing fancy, but if you just need a place to sleep this is not a bad deal.

Rooms were clean. All common areas had a foul odor. Although not in the best part of town (my room overlooked a poor neighborhood's backyard and dumpster), it's convenient to both the train station and the airport. The lobby and halls had a very strong odor to them, as did the room until I left the window opened for a day. Overall, the room was clean, but one of the outlets was missing a cover and another (behind the bed) had clearly had a small fire and was never replaced, leaving the lights above the bed non-functioning. I was looking for a cheap place to stay in Denver. I found it.

The motel was very nice and contained many activities and facilities that were of little to no value to me and my party. Overall the motel is very nice, is quiet and is kept well. We have stayed there three times in the past 2 years and will continue to do so.

This hotel was so dirty, dirty, dirty. I have never seen anything like it. The first room they tried to give me had bugers on the wall, the mirror was just set on the floor not hung on the wall, etc. so we asked for a new room and it was just as bad. The website said they had just updated and when I confronted the owner he said they had put in new carpet (not in either of the rooms they showed me). The pool was not in use and it was obvious that people lived at this hotel. When we pulled into the parking lot there was a cat in one of the 3rd story rooms. I ended up not staying at this hotel due to it not being clean.

This hotel was a good value. The rooms were clean and had recently been updated. This hotel also is very convient to family that we were visiting.

Breakfast. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The motel stinks and on top of that what was requested did not get accomplished and the service is bad.

Front Desk staff was nice and ready help for direction and everything. Motel look like renovated. New carpet, new TV, Good furniture. Best things is that All the restaurants and Shopping center nearby. I recommended to stay in this motel

Value for money, good service from the front desk, close to restaurants. Barebones furnishing of guest room. This is a ridiculously inexpensive room that does the job for those on a tight budget or those who are simply tight.
