Location was good. Needs updates, the room was very hot, flat pillows, and scratchy blankets. No elevator. Not what we expected the Super 8 to be. The room was so hot we did not sleep too well.

We arrived on Sat only to find that the King size bed we had reserved wasn't 'available'. We were put into a queen room instead. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, but there aren't a lot of options in Staples and really, it is a Super 8. The lady at the counter was very helpful and they had a nice Continental Breakfast. Would have expected it to be about half the price, though.

Nothing. The bed spread was filty there was no door jam on the door. Iwould not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You got what you paid. The hotel was fine. I guess you get what you pay for. We really were not there all that much, just pretty much to sleep. It fit the purpose.
