Good location. Fast check-in. The in-room coffee maker did not have a pot or cups. Fast check-in. Prefer in-room coffee but pot was not operational.

This hotel is good for driving through on the interstate...nothing more. I would spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else next time. The hot tub was broken and the location was right on the interstate. The room and property were clean.

Clean.Quiet. The orange juice at the superstart breakfast. Can't beat the price for clean, quiet, safe accommodations.

The Super 8 Eugene was clean and comfortable. The beds were queen size and there was a lot of room for suitcases, hang up items, etc. The staff was exceptionally helpful when we needed directions, etc. The location is on a main street across from a mall, so food and entertainment are close by. Also, there is great public transportation all around Eugene. For $1.25 you can get on a shuttle to just about anywhere you want to go.

rooms were spacious and close to things to do. ice machine and vending machines could be better marked where they are. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, lots of space. Very close to the mall and restaurants.

Room was clean for the value, but, the cigarette smoke in the hallway was choking! Very stinky in the hallway.., as we were the last smoke-free room down the hallway.

Convenient. Close to restaurants and freeway. No area to relax or enjoy morning eats. Easy for us to find. Price was very accomodating. We would likely stay there again.

Had a stove and microwave and sink to cook with. The front office staff was not too friendly, you had to go ask for toilet paper and soap and towels from the front office. No room service at all. In general, it was ok. The room was very small and we made the boys sleep in the broken bed (sagged in the middle). The kitchen area was nice to have and make breakfast, but there were only 2 chairs so we had to take turns eating at table. No room service what so ever was kind of a drag, I found myself cleaning house every day and picking up wet towels off floor.

Location of motel. Other room noise, cold showers. Motel is located in a great spot, in gateway I5 area, however the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations, other TVs, and other tenants next to above and below you. (I was on floor 2 of 3). If you need a place to crash its ok. If you are looking for anything else, look elsewhere.

The room was clean and had more amenities than I expected. There was smoking allowed in four rooms on our floor. It stunk in the hallway. Staff is very courteous; the room was clean; the parking was adequate; convenient from I-5 (I was attending an event in Eugene) and Eugene; coffee and continental breakfast was convenient.

Great size room with attractive furnishings. Water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust. After a less than stellar check-in, I was unaware that check in didn't start until 1pm. I was very happy with the room. It was the largest room I have stayed in, which I appreciated having two young children. The only complaint was the shower. I ended up with lukewarm water. The front desk clerk said she would let the owners know about the problem as I was not the only one with temperamental water.
