I had two rooms, one of the rooms smelled of mold, we were moved into another room which also smelled of mold, the third room was clean and did not smell. The hotel was dirty, the guest were out of town constuction workers who were dirty and preyed on women(me and my two daughters). I will never go back.

Staff generally friendly, but doesn't follow through. No one is responsible/each staff person relates different action. Feces in toilet on arrival. Was told should have been provided new clean room due to feces in toilet/key card on table on arrival, rather than receiving assurance room would be prepared as new (was not) and would receive call from manager re-credit to account as indicated previously. Did not hear from manager.

We booked two rooms. One room had fleas. We could not get the television to work in one room and asked for assistance. No one helped. The front desk was friendly both for check-in and check-out. I expected a cleaner facility since the motel is not that old. There was no elevator for my 79-year-old mother. The drive was too long from the motel to Springfield because of slow traffic.

No one is responsible, each staff person relates different action. When arrived in our room, toilet used and unflushed (not urine). Advised front desk who advised us room would be re-cleaned as if new guest. Obviously not done. Staff generally friendly, but really unfortunate conditions. This is only place to stay in Nixa. With some training, would be nice place to stay. Have stayed before.

This hotel is new and clean, and our room was large. However, we could not get wireless internet service in our room. There was no hairdryer in the room When I asked the desk for a hairdryer, they said they would send one, but it was at least 20-30 minutes before it came. Apparently, they only had one for the entire hotel. Our AC did not work, and we made multiple requests before it was taken care of. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk, but we noticed the desk clerk was sitting by the pool.

Our group had requested two non-smoking rooms. One was a smoking room and smelled. The "super" breakfast was hardly "super" (frozen waffles hardly qualifies). The TV remote had to be replaced. The staff was very friendly, the price was "okay," and the free WiFi worked great. We chose this hotel in part because of location. Next time we will drive a few miles for an alternate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The flat pillows on the bed were disappointing and the dry dough nuts are not a continental breakfast! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked for more pillows because the ones on the bed were terrible the girl could not find pillowcases to put on extra pillows. The internet that was supposed to be available was not. I

This motel is fairly new and clean. The room was very nice and spacious, almost like a suite. The motel management was very hospitable and helpful. Though off the beaten path a little, it is well worth the drive."

Check in was a little bit of a hassle room was not ready. I booked a King non-smoke and got a Queen Smoking room instead. I was told to take or leave it. Bed was terrible room was noisy. Night clerk had TV in lobby on with friends until late at night. Except for bed room was not very clean. I would never stay here again. most super 8's are OK in my experiance this one is not.
