not clean, smell was terrible, it was stay there or sleep in the car. Can not believe that you can walk in a place of business that smells like the toliet.

When there was a misunderstanding, the staff was helpful. The staff was actually very helpful when we were running behind on our trip, we rescheduled our hotel room for the next day. They were very understanding and helpful.

Highly disappointing. Carpet needed vacuuming, even a short shower caused ankle-deep water, which probably explained the gray wide ring around the tub. Soap and shampoo bottle residue in shower soap holder, sink bowl looked skuzzy, toilet would have kept running except we took off the top of the toilet box and pushed the flapper down digitally every time we flushed. Chair rung tended to pull out. Sheets and pillowcases worn thin. Heater and lighting were good, and had been dusted. Super 8 said this hotel is independently owned. Guess they have no minimum standard. Have stayed in several Super 8 and this one definitely does not belong in the chain.

We were supposed to stay over for two nights, but checked out after only 1 night. We rented 2 rooms. The first room had ants on the floor. The second room had discolored pillows with pillowcases that did not fit. The bottom sheets were not fitted sheets. Very few towels. When we asked for more towels, ONE towel was brought to our room. In the afternoon of the second day that we were supposed to stay, neither of our key cards worked. Had to get new key cards for both rooms. The reason we decided to check out and not stay the second night was because my four-year-old daughter discovered a dead spider in the bed. You should never stay in this hotel.

Hotel seemed to be clean but stank in the hallways-WIFI was in and out,If I would not have stayed there had I not had a reservation.

Location. Hard beds, filthy room, internet didn't work, not secure. The photos displayed for this hotel are not representative of the actual accommodations. Beds were like sleeping on the floor, which you wouldn't have wanted to do because the floors were filthy. They were scrimpy on the towels, maid service was late every day or not at all, wireless internet didn't work for me ( never had trouble connecting before) and they could do nothing to help me, the exterior doors were never secured in spite of having room key entry locks. This hotel should have a negative 5-star rating. I would have preferred a sleeping back on a park bench.

The room could have used a few minor, but easy to fix repairs. The clothes rack was hanging unevenly on wall as if someone had hung on it to tip one end downward. The curtains were not hanging correctly - coming down on one end. The heater hummed and clanked and made loud noises every few minutes. TV was hard to figure out - had to flip a switch near entrance before TV would work, but no note stating so. Bed should have been located under wall lights so reading in bed would be possible. Staff was responsive to our requests.

Well our check-in was okay. However, it went downhill from there. We arrived in the room and the remote only had channel/volume up and down buttons. There was a listing of the channels available, but the channels were not accessible from the up and down buttons. We were to type in the numbers on the remote, which did not have any numbers. The front desk staff was happy to fix this issue before we returned that evening. Well we returned later that evening, and we were blown away from the smell of mary jane in the hallway. I thought oh no, but then we got in our room and the smell did not penetrate the walls. Surprise we did have a new remote with numbers, but the Sci-Fi channel still did not work, even though it was on the list of options. The shower was wonderful, hot, and awesome pressure. The next evening we returned and the party like noise was very disturbing as we got off the elevator, but once again, the noise did not penetrate the walls into our room. The two throw pillow sized pillows we had were lumpy, and the bed sat about a foot off the ground. The towels felt cheap, and like they were brand new and not washed. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel should be closed it was so hot in there I started to sweat the second I walked in it was very Nasty and it was to have 2 queen size beds they were the same size as my bed at home, its a full I would not make a stray dog stay at this hotel because the dog might get fleas while has there!

When we needed toilet paper and towels, he brought them immediately. We had no toilet paper or towels.

Management fighting with employees in lobby, problems checking in, rooms were dirty, mngmnt. automatically checked us out a day early without notifying us. Had to spend two hours talking to mngmt. to get back into our rooms. Would suggest staying somewhere else. Anywhere else!

The tub and sink didn't drain and the carpet was sticky. The drain in the tub and the bathroom sink did not drain. The carpet was not clean and sticky in some places. There was hair in the shower. It was hot in the hall ways, absolutely not air.

Nothing at all. Wasn't friendly and did not have any air (very uncomfortable). We made a complaint about the room air condition was not working the first 20 minutes of checking in. myself and my spouse left the room around 2:30a.m. to go to the nearest 24 hour store (Wal-Mart) to purchase a fan. the hotel clerk, manager, & owner just did not care. we where forced to stay at that location because everything else was booked due to the ill state fair.

There was NOTHING that we liked about this hotel!!! No smoke detector, no waste basket, dirty sink and toilet. We arrived late, was treated like 2nd class citizens. The air was NOT on, the hallways were smothering hot. The room was nasty. There was not a smoke detector, no waste basket, the toilet was dirty, hair in the sink, had to mess with the remote to get it to work, front desk guy was VERY rude and hateful.

Location. Filth, business practices of management, filth, deceptive advertising, filth, refusal to try to accommodate our very simple requests, filth. The entire hotel smelled like a combination of mildew & vomit. They advertised "free wireless Internet" - they didn't have it. The rooms were profoundly filthy. There were hairs & soap wrappers in the tub, crumbs & hairs in the bed, under the covers & food trash wrappers on the floor in the room. When we complained they said they said they had no other rooms & sent the maid service to clean it. When we realized they had no Internet we said it was vital to our business stay & asked for a refund or adjustment to bill. They offered either $3.00 or that they would take it directly from the maid service, the only responsive members of their staff! A HORRIBLE experience. A pair of shoes that were accidentally left there have been impossible to claim through lost & found! BEWARE!!!

I got to leave. Unclean, unsightly, low service quality, breakfast bad. If I had a choice, I would have left this hotel upon seeing my room.

It was near the highway. Not kept up to standards. They do stuff "on the cheap". The shower faucet was coming out of the wall. When we arrived at 9:05 for continental breakfast, they had cleared it out and we were not the only ones disappointed. They were poor in giving directions, had no clue about places to eat. The phones were out in the rooms while nearby business had working phones.
