I was in Madison to visit my daughter who is a graduate student and this location was convenient and the price was great. The best value I have seen in motels.

Clean, comfortable, and fresh. Needs much better pillows. Clean, comfortable, and fresh describes this property well. Everything is in excellent repair / condition. This is a great choice for the no-frills traveler. There is also a 24 hour pool and limited fitness room which puts this well above the other hotels typically in this class. The hot breakfast is also much above the other hotels that are typically in this class.

The hotel is in a great location right off of the interstate, a few minutes from downtown, and close to places to eat and shop.The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice (not old looking), although the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The pool area is nice and the continental breakfast was decent.

The front desk agent solved all the problems created by your agent and made me happy. That I had to leave. It was a happy place. I got in late and the desk clerk made my check in fast and smooth. The room was clean and I slept for 15hrs. I was tired and it felt great!

This hotel is a good choice for anyone visiting UW, especially the veterinary hospital. I have stayed here with my dog twice and it has been clean, inexpensive and the people have been friendly.

The Super 8 Madison South is s one of the best stays we've had in a hotel in a long time. No complaints at all. The room was very clean, the pool was clean and not over-chlorinated, and the whirlpool was the most relaxing we've ever stepped into. The water temperature was perfect and the jets were just right - lots of power but not so much it pushed you away from the side. The workout room was very well kept and didn't smell like a locker room like most of them do. They had a nice selection for breakfast and the staff was very acommodating and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

The Super 8 off the beltline in Madison was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. It was also close to the alliant energy center. The only drawback was that there were not many food options close by.

The staff was very friendly, however the highway construction going on at the time made the property difficult to reach. The amenities were standard for this particular type of hotel/motel. Being more familiar with the area now, I might search for more options next time.

Absolutely clean, and everything was brand new. No mini fridges. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything was recently remodeled and by far the cleanest hotel I have ended up in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite being close to the beltline it was very safe and crime-free. There are tons of restaurants, and the location is perfect to getting anywhere in Madison. This is the hotel where I will put my family when they come and visit! I couldn't have asked for a better place, and I was in the middle of moving and stressed out! They even let us keep our U-haul in the parking lot!

It was cheap and close to where we needed to be. The breakfast bar was terrible and the public restroom was dirty. It was fine for our needs, but not for an extended stay or a vacation. The maid waited outside our room to clean it rather than come back or not bother as we asked her since we were staying a second night.

The room had a small refrigerator to cool drinks or keep fruit. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly.
