Very clean and very comfortable. Other guest was banging up against wall. Will be going back every year in the month of March for a romantic get-a-way. It's very clean and comfortable. It's also right at the shopping center, movie theatre, and restaurants.

I travel on business in this area and feel Super 8 is an excellent value. Convenient to restaurants and shopping, well maintained, clean hotel, good price. However, I would recommend a bottom floor room, if you don't want to carry luggage up a few stairs.

We just needed a room for one night to meet a family member who was coming from the coast. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out were very fast. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, which is unusual for any motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

Room was Excellent. TV didn't have sleep timer. Convenient parking, friendly, knowledgeable staff and clean organized room.

We arrived well after check-in time and our room was not ready. After having to ask, we were reluctantly given a different room which was ready and right across the hall. The toilet seat was completely broken off its hinges! I requested the original room. Desk clerk was not pleasant, nor was the head of housekeeping. We had been on the road for 14 hours and were not happy to be confronted with ""issues"" upon arrival. With the over-abundance of available hotels in the area for travelers, I probably would not choose to stay here again.

It was a business training but I didn't enjoyed nothing. Reservation was set-up wrong and nobody from Orbit would solve the problem. This was the first and last time going through Orbit. They do not care about the customer but about making the money. Customer Service Rep. will lie until they debit your account for payment after that you are treated like trash. Poor business in my book!!!!!

Location. They should keep the continental breakfast open until checkout 11:00 am. It closes at 9:00 am and this was too early! I have AAA. The front clerk should ask if the guest has any memberships that would give them a discount when they register and also before they leave. The same goes with the rewards program. I almost forgot to get my rewards points!

Read previous reviews and thought we'd give this a try. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Great restaurants (steak place next door was very good) and outlet mall is just down the street. Easy access from interstate. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The smithfield Super 8 was a delightful surprise. The staff was helpful and curtious. The rooms were spacious and fresh. With the wi fi I was able to stay in touch with family and work.

I liked the facilities they offered, the breakfast as well as its cleanliness and safe location. Impressed with all aspects. I was shocked to see the cleanliness and the well kept maintenance of the place. I literally had to repent before god because I would have never chosen super8 on my own. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Great job!

Although no restaurant located on premises for lunch or dinner, there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly, room clean. Great location for outlet shopping!

We really liked the size and cleanliness of the rooms. I did not like the limited entrances. You do have to walk a while to get to your room. No elevator. This motel has been a mainstay for my wife and I. The staff is very friendly and the motel is well maintained. Very clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

Hotel staff friendly & helpful, computer in break room. TV did not have CNBC. This was my second stay at this motel. Good location.. will stay again.
