Room was clean. The evening manager was rude regarding our service animals. The manager gave us a difficult time regarding our service animals. Both my husbamd and I are in wheelchairs & knowing the handicapp room had only 1 bed, we booked a room with 2 queens.He said that they only had 1 room available for pets and it was taken. He wasn't going to let us stay there until we argued with him and explained the ADA law. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

We arrived late at night and the doors were locked and the desk was locked up with a gate. We had to use a phone to call someone to let us in. The person at the desk apparently did not understand that I had already paid for my stay through Travelocity and I have not used Travel online often. I discovered tonight that I was charged twice for the room, once by Travel online and once again by the hotel. The room floors and bathroom were dirty, but it was so late that we stayed anyway and just left as soon as we could in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

The pool was closed when we got there, they let us swim anyway. Very impressive. The hotel itself wasn't too bad. It was clean. I just needed a place to sleep, butthe beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for more towels and were denied them.

I visited this hotel in November 07, initally for a 2 week stay and enjoyed my stay soo much that i extended for 2 more weeks.We used this hotel as a base to visit Chicago, Indianopolis, Columbus, Louisville and the Premium Outlet shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel as it is value for money.The major advantage of this hotel as opposed to others in the area is the excellent restaurant on site. The Indian restaurant Woodlands had a great value lunch buffet and was also nice for a evening meal. The wines and beers were all good. Even if you are not staying at this hotel i would recommend this restaurant.

It was clean. The super start breakfast! There was nothing at 7am. Good thing we didn't have to eat breakfast there. There was nothing available.

Many truck drivers stay there so they kept their trucks running outside all night, and the interstate is right there so there was a lot of noise from both, then in the morning the staff begins cleaning very early

The room was very roomy with better comfort. It felt like it had a sort of run down atmosphere. The room was very nice. Didnt see many hotel workers but really didnt need them. Location was nice.

My room had been opened up by some one other than myself with the door left open, the TV on, and lights left on. when I told the man at the desk he made a joke about it and said it could'nt have happened. He never asked if anything was taken, never said sorry or expressed any concern. He basically said I had to be lying and dismissed it. Also the breakfast was bad. Stale doughnuts, and the waffle mix was so runny it kept sticking in the iron and making a mess. The same man would'nt do anything about it. bad coffee and juice

Very clean and roomy, no musty odors. Noisy children running through the halls. Was over what we expected for an economy hotel, room had new carpet and everything was clean. Could use some fresh fruit for breakfast instead of all carbs.

Indoor pool, heated. All doors rattle when any door on same floor slams closed. We asked for a quiet room; they gave us the only room between a stairwell and an outside wall.

Located by many different dinners and stores. Couldn't understand people that helped us & room service just walked in with out knocking. Nice area kind of dirty. For price paid for the suite wasn't bad. Beds need to be replaced some of them you can feel the springs in your back.

The price of the room was good. Not as clean as I thought it. As I said the price was good but the Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. other then that it was o.k.

Checking in and out was very pleasant and friendly. The male front desk clerk was rude during breakfast time. Overall our hotel stay was ok, but for the rudeness of the male front desk clerk.

Separate room upstairs. To many kids slamming doors from midnight to 6am. Good other than lots of noise.
