Nothing. Place was a total dump; took forever to get checked in. The experience started out bad right from the start. The motel staff did not know what was going on and we waiting a half hour to get checked in. The motel is way below the standards of a Super 8. (This motel was converted into a Super 8, but it retained all the old furniture, nasty chairs that I wouldn't even sit in.) The carpet was very old and smelly. The kicker was the the illegal migrant construction worker that made it their home. We saw them bringing in hot plates and microwaves to cook food on. There had to be at least 50. I cannot believe that this place was listed on Priceline. I learned my lesson: spend an extra $50 to $100 get someplace decent.

The room was not as advertized. Originally we got a room with a single bed when me reserved one with two. We had to go back to the front desk and change rooms. The guy at the desk was the rudest person I have ever had to talk to in a hotel and he tried to tell me that I had made a reservation for two beds. I had to speak to the manager who was also pretty rude. After changing rooms we found that our new room was missing a shower head and the fridge was not cold. They offered to send maintance but we passed on it figuring that they would not do anything anyway. I definity would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

The view. Proximity to downtown. A typical Super8 motel - the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Off the main road, easy access. Would have preferred closer into downtown Sedona.

"Reserved a King room, received two doubles. Toilet clogged up, fix it yourself, no one available to take care of it on staff. Cold Shower?? no problem, they have them. $100 a night? We got the shaft."

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and eager to help.

"This is a SUPER hotel. It's a great location, the accomodations are clean, well-decorated and they have all of the amenities included I normally have to pay extra for!The staff is helpful and available! Thumbs up!"

They had a free low-end continental breakfast and it was conveniently located. There was no true closet and it looked a little worn. The Super 8 Sedona is a great place to sleep and leave your stuff while you have fun elsewhere in Sedona. This hotel is no-frills but safely located. The hallway carpets looked worn, but the the beds were comfortable enough, the room and bathroom were clean, the front-desk staff was friendly. There is a nice low-end continental breakfast (microwavable sausage biscuits, coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs, toast, peanut butter, muffins, whole fruit, oatmeal, and cereal). There was also a small refrigerator in the room and free internet service, which was very convenient.

"walls were thin, we heard kids crying all night above and next to us, the vaneer on the furniture was peeling, the towels were thin and scratchy, for the money we could have stayed at another hotel with a nicer room."

Good carpet, sweet wall texture. Free breakfast. A right on! Staff, nice view, and a Circle-K across the way. Dried millipedes in the drawer: Foreign guests. Nice room, good coffee, good sheets, 27" TV (with good programming;) friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Themorning staff treated us very poorly and would not let us have any of the breakfast early unless we paid for it. It was disappointing to have the pool closed. We also did not like the policy of the hotel - according to the a.m. employee - that we would have to pay for any muffins or coffee since breakfast did not start until 6:30. It was 6:00 and we had to leave early for the Sedona Marathon. We will not go back there.

Location. Too old, needs to be updated. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I will stay at a better hotel outside Sedona.

Hotel locatio good trail spot. No low price bar and restaurant coupon. It is good for Sedona Trail. It closed to Red Rock Crossing.

Location was great. Maids were rude and parking was limited. The hotel was clean - no bugs but the maids were extremely rude. Jumping ahead of us to get into the elevator when it was obvious that we had a large load (two mountain bikes & suitcase). I always thought the guest came first - but not at this place. Expensive but its Sedona.

Very helpful staff rooms ok what can I say it was a super 8. Very expensive front desk staff said most expensive super 8 in the US. It is what it is just a budget motel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Motel is very expensive but Sedona is a very upscale community. No complaints.

Nothing, I will never go back, and I will call you about it. It was filthy, also I had a non smoking room, and it was full of smoke. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It had long black hair in the bathroom, all over. We also had to change rooms at 12:45 am, because someone was smoking, and it smelled like they were in our room. Carpet was very dirty.

Nothing. Mold, stink, bugs, and overpriced. Would not allow early check in/late check out. Bathroom had bugs and mold. The room smelled. It was way over-priced for any rating, let alone a 1 star. There were many cheaper/nicer places to stay.

Nice breakfast. Noisy neighbors, but hotel staff helped quiet them. Good location, decent price, nice breakfast, excellent pool for the kids outside.

It was close to the Dr., clean. No seal around the door, smell of cigarette smoke in hallway. Smoking & non-smoking on same floor, were placed in smoking room, corrected upon request. Pleasant employees, good breakfast, clean room except for carpet. In good repair, nice view, No seal around door let in lots of light and would not deter fire or smoke.

Cleaning staff was quick and good. Non-smoking level smelled like smoke. Hot water was not always hot. Could hear everyone else shutting their door. This hotel is adequate.
