The bed was uncomfortable and old. The room was dirty. The hotel seemed dangerous. The hotel was dirty. My husband arrived later that evening and his name was not on the room, but the guy at the front desk gave him a key without seeing an ID! I am thankful it was my husband and not a serial killer!

This is one of old Super8 where value for money is 0 they charge you for a room which are not worth to stay just to save little money. next time I will try other hotels in Roswell then this one.

Was unclean. The super 8 was unclean. They let people drink were ever. The offered a cereal or toast breakfast. The roof needs repair.

We chose this motel because we've had good experiences with Super 8's in other cities. When we arrived the lobby smelled of smoke as did the hallway leading to our room. The room was old, dark, and somewhat stenchy in oder. We found large patches of mold and mildew growing in the bathroom and the overall appearance of the bathroom was less than clean. The beds were older and squishy with that your going to sink into the middle feeling. When I brought the mold issue to the front desk attention they gave me "attitude" and didn't want to refund my money until I contacted online travel.. Since it was pre-paid we lost the money for the first night but received a refund for the second night and went to the Motel 6 directly nextdoor which was by far a better deal and much much cleaner.. The only issue with the Motel 6 is they dont have internet unless you plan to use a "dialup".. Don't waste your time or money at this Super 8 location.. ONE WORD..NASTY!

My room mate! Seriously, looked like kids were having fun in pool. Breakfast was only served til 9am. Not good for sleeping in. We did not find the negative comments about unfriendly staff to be true.

Motel very old and dated. Bathroom was not clean and room dingy. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Street noise all night long. Continental breakfast very limited compared to other Super 8 motels. Would not stay there again.

Location: right off the main road. Pleasant, friendly people! Beds were comfortable. Never stayed in Super 8 before but now will when we travel.

"For a great rate, this place was perfect. It was clean, the room was large, the bathroom clean with plenty of hot water. If you are looking for somewhere basic, then this is a great place. "

The location. Unhelpful and cold water only. I had no hot water and the staff did not seem to care. Just said there was nothing they could do about it.

"I think the indoor pool made it smell murky in the halls. The room was clean, the A/C worked very well. Don't bother with the free breakfast... not much to offer."

The pool opened late. Bathroom needed some upgrading. Easy to find, clean, friendly.

Pool and continental breakfast. Not a very good view. This hotel is quite nice and I would recommend it.

Clean. Convenient. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Nice pool. There were some very roudy guests coming in near midnight disturbing the whole floor. We were there for work. It was a relaxing place to come to at the end of the day. Clean and comfortable.

Location. No internet. There was no internet available at this motel except in the lobby and connection was poor at best.
Date of Stay:

Clean. Air conditioner was very loud and cooling was very poor. Good clean economy although saw as good or better motels and cheaper located closer to Roswell Food District.

My son enjoyed the pool. It was very noisy, run down looking, and the bed was hard. It was an one-star hotel. It was noisy and in serious need of rehab. The staff was friendly.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Indoor pool and hot tub was a major plus. The carpet in the room was in serious need of cleaning or replacing. The staff was very friendly and kind, we had fun in the indoor pool and hot tub, but the carpet was pretty bad in the room. It needs replacing. The bathroom was nice with cute folded washcloth's, and the breakfast was really good. One of the best prices in town which made it that much better of an experience.

Nothing at all! Everything. Filthy, staff unable to do anything about any of my concerns/complaints. Mattress pathetic, pillows pathetic, breakfast in the morning disgusting. Area of town is horrible. The motel 6 next door was in better shape than this place.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Price. Air conditioner did not work. Staff was unresponsive. Not recommended. Room smelled of smoke. Air Conditioning did not work.

Was centrally located, indoor pool, cool, inexpensive. Had a lot of questionable characters hanging around. Good for one night stay. Could be more aware of people hanging around. Rear exit was in disrepair. Air conditioner worked well, could pay more attention to cleanliness of carpet.
