It was clean, kept up and the beds were very comfortable. N/A It was very nice. It is in a great location not far from Highway 540. The people that are the owners were very nice.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights at this hotel but due to the bugs in our room which were in the bed also by morning, we left after 1 night. We shook all pillows, suitcases, everything before we left. Within the week of returning home I started noticing little red bites on my arm and then my leg. My husband is now getting them. After investigating on the internet, looks like we brought bed bugs home with us. We have always had good luck with Super 8 hotels but DO NOT STAY AT THIS ONE!!! Since our reservations were made through travel agent, they did refund our 2nd night and gave us a * certificate towards our next reservation on their site. Looks like we will be spending a lot more than that on an exterminator to get rid of these now. The comment at the front desk was "we seem to have problems with that room". Looks like they better get the exterminator out themselves.

Close to rally we were attending. Being locked out of room for 45 minutes. Miantence problems.

Not the best part of town, but not the 'hood, either. Room was clean, but towels were stained. Limited continental breakfast in the lobby. Overall, what one would expect for the price. I would stay again.

Front Desk staff. Bed bugs! I awoke the first night and found bed bugs. I was promptly moved to another room. When I attempted to get compensation the management would only speak to me briefly one time, on the phone. He (Harry Gill) asked me for a written statement guaranteeing that I would not report the incident to Super 8. In addition, the phone did not work even after being reported; and the toilet was overflowing but not fixed until 12 hours after being reported.

Clean overall. Bed stand light couldn't be plugged in. Had to ask for hairdryer and go and get it. For the value and location it was fine. I would stay there again.
