Location. Bed was awful andI could feel the springs in my back. Clean, basic, great location to BYU Idaho but awful beds.

If price and friendliness were my only concerns this would be top on my list of places to stay. Great people, breakfast was good, price was right. Room was bad, you could see the hall light through the cracks in the room door at night and hear the people above you. The pillows were about half the size of an average pillow. No room at the sink for your shaving gear let alone a glass and good luck finding something to watch on the television. But the room was clean.

i chose this hotel because i wanted to visit yellowstone national park. i am quite satisfied with this hotel. however, the drive from this hotel to yellowstone is a bit too far, it took me one and half hour to drive there. the breakfast is not bad.

It was clean... The room was small .. My wife and I and two small children, three and two, and our travel bags seemed cramped in room with two beds.

I've stayed in 2 other hotels of the same type of value/ratings and this by far was the best. I was expecting it to have a pool or something, but it didn't so I was disappointed there, but it does have a computer that you can use for free, albeit only 15 min at a time..LOL. Overall it was a friendly, decent & clean place & I plan on staying there again.

The 2 days we stayed at the Super 8, there was not hot water. The 2 days we stayed at the Super 8, there was no hot water. The desk staff said that they had recently installed a new hot water heater and that it was malfunctioning. And they also said too many people were showering at the same time - which was ridiculous, because most people traveling get up and shower in the morning during the hours of 6 - 8 am. We were told to try to shower later in the morning, which we did the next morning, and there was not enough hot water at that time either. The excuse they gave was lame and not good enough for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again if the opportunity comes. The room was clean, the workers were polite, and the food was adequate.

Close, clean, simple continental breakfast and room included microwave & fridge at not additional cost. It was close to what I expected for a Super 8. It was clean. I'd stay there again.

The biggest problem with staying at this hotel was the bed. The mattress was very hard and incomfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice setup but would like to see more healthy foods for those who are on a special diet. Foods like berries, bananas, grapefruit, cantelope. Boiled eggs are easy and does not need a big kitchen setup either. Instant breakfast like oatmeals is good also.

The staff went out of there way to make everyone feel comfortable. The hotel had all the amenities that a person needs. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and informative. Many of the other guests agreed the continental breakfast was excellent.

Economy. Great room for one night stay, very inexpensive. Friendly and honest staff. They're putting in a swimming pool and adding new rooms. The construction didn't bother us, but it might be a pain to some people. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was friendly and very honest. Our daughter left her cell phone charger in the room. They saved it for us and we were able to get it back! They're adding on a swimming pool and luxury suites slated for this summer. Should make the hotel even better. If you're bothered by construction, you may want to stay somewhere else. It didn't bother us, but we were only there for one night.

The continental breakfast was awesome! The room smelled like a gym locker. Quaint and nice. Staff extremely helpful. Loved the breakfast. Would stay again.

Location. Strong odor. It is without a doubt a 1 star economy motel. It is sad that we had to pay more for a budget motel when the other two nights of our trip we paid less for a 3-star motel. For the most part it was very disappointing.
