The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - past expectations. It is a little 'grubby', main track carpets are past their best. Good location for travelers passing through or staying in red deer. Good old fashioned, friendly service which made the stay very relaxing and welcoming. The receptionists were very helpful and provided custom maps to the place I was trying to find. The value is excellent and I did not expect the bonus of a continental breakfast which was included - always a valuable addition with hungry children to feed first thing in the morning!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was rundown and noisy and the staff was very unfriendly. rooms needed to be cleaned and renovated to get them up to 2007 standards.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and even remembered my name! I felt like I mattered to them! I've stayed at other hotels but they didn't seem to care about customer service. Wonderful continental breakfast, clean rooms and free wireless internet for my laptop. Thanks guys, I enjoyed my stay!
