It had no elevator, which was a problem for the handicapped person among us. It's OK fro a quick stay. Nothing fancy, neither clean nor dirty. Could use some updating, especially to become more disability-friendly.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was extremely close to Fort Knox. If you have a loved one graduating BCT I highly reccomend this hotel!

Hotel is right outside the gate to Ft. Knox, Military Base. My son was graduating so needed hotel that was convenient. Nice price and adequate accomodations.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they didn't do was clean the room the whole time we were there. I would've liked fresh towels and sheets.

I stayed here at this hotel and didn't really have a bad experience. The only thing I'd change is.. I was in a car wreck and have had trouble walking since.I had to climb all those steps to get to my room on the second floor, when I asked for a room on the first floor due to my handicap. My key had to be reprogrammed and I had to walk all the way back down the steps to the front desk to have this done.I hope that an elevator will be put in in the near future.I hope to come back to Radcliff soon and will stay here at this hotel again, despite the lack of elevators!!!

It was perfect for an overnight stay. Having to travel across 4 states to get to my son's graduation, it was the best place and the location was the better than I could expect. Would stay there again and the staff was the best!

The desk clerk was great. Friendly and helpful. The whole hotel smelled musty. The hotel has seen better days. It was clean but shabby. There was a musty smell through out the hotel and in our room. The bed was fine and the clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly host. very accommodating. Hallways musty. Convenient location for Fort Knox visitors, just a few minutes away.

The desk clerk was awesome, friendly, helpful, just a sweet lady! Can only say it was convenient as far as location to Fort Knox where my son was graduating from Basic Training. The check in was quick, easy, and the lady at the desk was a total sweetheart. The room was nothing fantastic, they need to invest in some decent towels and spend some money on fixing up their shower heads and tubs. Loved the bed though, very comfortable. Only real complaint is that the cleaning staff did not even make one of the beds the next morning, and the bathrooms were in need of some updating. Horrible lighting as well, stark bright florescent lighting over sink, and very dull lighting in rest of room.

Good price and very close to where I was going. Smelled musty in the halls. This was a good hotel for the price. It was very close to Fort Knox Army base. The people working there were very friendly. Would stay there again.

The Continental breakfast and the Internet access. Parking lot needs repairs. I enjoyed my stay the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The motel was very close to the malls and restaurants making it a excellent choice. I would highly recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Staff was wonderful. Nothing. Hotel staff was terrific. Location is great. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was small and you could tell it was an older hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice. None of us liked the shower. It had very little pressure. It was ok but overpriced for the quality of hotel.
Date of Stay:

Good service, friendly, coffee in the morning. The bathroom light wasn't working. Overall, it was good for the one night I stayed. Luckily, I was on the first floor and near the lobby so I was able to go outside and smoke.

Staff, especially front desk staff, was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby was not big enough and if you needed to use restroom, you had to go back to your room. This is a great place for a night and is located very close to Fort Knox entrance gate. It's less than 5 minutes away.

The fridge and microwave were great, most dont have, and it was a nice place to spend the weekend. There was only one thing that was not to satisfaction and that was a baby bottle from a previous stay was found in our room under bed! It was a good atmosphere and the people were very excellent at making people feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The mattresses were a little too soft for my liking. This was a very convenient hotel, well within our price limits and expectations. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were a little dated, but very comfortable. We visited Fort Knox to see my son graduate, and could not have chosen a more convenient hotel for the money. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Conveniently located to a wide variety of places. The queen bed was very uncomfortable. No comment.

It was clean, although the room smelled a little musty. it was really close to the base. It was too expensive for what it was, no easy access to upstairs. Since we needed to be close to the base for the 7th brigade drill meet, it was convenient and easy to find. The room was clean, but a little musty. All in all, except for the cost, it was good for what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful; the coffee was hot.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was kind of small but clean.
