We booked a room at this motel because our daughter was at a camp on the campus of BYU and we wanted to be near the campus since we are not familiar with the area at all. The air conditioner didn't work in our room, and we notified staff yet nothing was done about it. The decor seemed out dated and not current, and gave the motel a feel of a sleazy No Tell Motel type.

Good location. The carpet was very dirty. The pool was ice cold. The pool was cold. The pool was freezing cold. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool for my children to swim in. They were so excited until they got in the pool. They were hypothermia within minutes. The other problem was that the carpet in our room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been shampooed in years. There was ground in dirt, things that had been spilled were obvious in several places. Also, some wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the ceiling looked stained. I didn't mind that it was somewhat old and outdated (popcorn ceiling, old style doors etc) but the carpet was bad. The bathroom was clean though.

NIce clean comfortable room plus work out room with basic equipment and a pool for a very reasonable price. Very convenient to BYU campus. Continental breakfast was good.

The day we arrived, the hotel had no hot water and apparently did not the PM before, but we were not told at the time of check in. We did not find out until very late PM at shower time. The room also appeared to be in need of a serious deep cleaning as the carpet was so dirty that our feet and socks were black. Very disappointing for a national hotel chain.

Comfortable room, very nice complementary breakfast, indoor pool and spa, fitness room, good service! Very close to the BYU campus. Quiet area, friendly people. We stayed 5 days. Went to the pool twice a day and maids left extra towels without being asked when they realized we were going through them quickly.

It had a good location. Not clean, noisy, crummy bed sand tub in poor condition. They need to take better care of their hotel.

Great value. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Rooms, breakfast and service were all fine. We recommend it. "

We were only looking for a place to lay our heads for a night. This was adequate for that purpose but for the price I probably would not look for this to be a destination for a vacation. While it was not filthy it needs updating to make it look fresh and clean. Didn't go into the pool but that looked OK.

Staff was very helpful. Some trash was evident on the floor under the bed linen. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Staff was very responsive and cheerful. The complementary breakfast was good and in a clean room.

I recommend this hotel with reservations - Any arrangement made with another facility to use a pool would have changed the entire experience. We found ourselves to be within walking distance of the High School fitness facility and another hotel. Note above description-- 24 hour Pool and Spa are prominent. Then to be closed for everyday of our 4 night stay was very disgruntling. When we asked about alternative arrangements the desk staff acted like we were crazy customers rather than experienced travelers who have seen other accommodations made in similar situations. Had we not prepaid with ORBITZ we would have sought out another arrangement upon check in when the small sign on the counter announcing the closed pool and spa was visible. Even the outside sign advertised the 24 hour Pool and spa. This was to be a mini vacation and the Pool and Spa were a big part of our choice process. Not being in the water with arthritic knees for 5 days was not a good experience. I try to be in the water daily at home. THEN when preparing for the one appointment of the trip- the water heater was not working. It took 35 minutes for the water to be warm enough to use, not close to hot and caused the evening appointment to be very stressful since it started with a semi warm shower. These two components of the stay colored our family trip in a negative manner. I will not stay in a location arranged through Orbitz again unless I speak to the facility and verify the situation of the facilities in the future.

I stayed for 3 nights. Front desk service was outstanding. Very friendly and willing to help. The first night I was in a room that had a problem with the shower's cold water faucet. My shower continually changed from scalding to very cold. They offered to move me to another room and moved all my items for me. Continental breakfasts were always well-stocked and had a good selection. Rooms are in need of some "freshening up." Carpet was definitely worn and in need of a cleaning. I had to open the window and door in both rooms for some fresh air as they had a strong "old clothes in the closet" smell. An internet accessible computer station with a printer was provided on the 1st floor and the indoor pool and hot tub was a nice plus. I would stay again with the hopes that the rooms get some new carpet and some air freshener.

One can't complain too much about the Provo Super 8 as it is very cheap and beats staying in a tent. But, as far as hotels go, it's very basic and has a drab feel to it. The air conditioning works well and the bed was comfortable enough. For travellers on a budget, it's a good place to stay.

It was in a good location. They ran out of breakfast food. The hotel ran out of breakfast at 8:30, so my kids and I had to go to a gas station and get something to eat. The main reason why I stayed here because they had a continental breakfast. I have little kids.

Great location. The wireless internet was a little difficult to connect to. Clean rooms and a friendly staff made a pleasant stay.

Convienient and reasonable. Had a pool and gym. Too many problems with things. Remote didn't work, only one key worked initially.

Friendly staff, 24 hour pooland weight room. Old. Overall a good stay for the rate. Friendly staff, and typical breakfast. Room was very outdated but not dirty. Nothing fancy.
