To visit Chicago, it's was a very nice place to stay with the train close. BUT, the welcome was not really friendly when we checked-in. Had to call several times to have the phone picked-up and obtain explanations to get there which were quite vague for us French to find especially when there is a distinctive sight : the Burger King right beside it !! As for the other Super 8 we tried, this one was the best : the others did not have any Breakfast room to seat and the breakfast was at the minimum. Some Super 8 are very expensive (in California near Big Sur) for much less services. Why do the price is so different ? You should mention the percentage of the added tax because it really changes the total paid. We thought Super 8 motels were a good way to travel but found that some other motels provided better service and were less expensive.

Clean. Had to ask for soap and shampoo at front desk. Overall good, close to city but far enough away for it to be cheap.

It's nice and clean. The only thing is currently they don't have any internet so if you don't bring you computer your out of it.

Great staff, sparkling clean. The road to the hotel was under serious construction. Clean, competent, nice rooms, very competitive price. I'd stay here again.

The lobby and the hallway were freaking smelly, but the room was clean and didn't smell. Good location, makes you feel like you're in Nogales. Very nice staff, although a bit goof ballish.

This location is further from downtown Chicago than we expected. The employees were friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was more than expected by reading the previous reviews. Cereal, milk, juice, bagels, muffins, toast, and fruit!

Very comfortable, rooms kept neat and clean without notice. Great staff. Location was a good distance from Downtown and Naval Base. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will recommend to others.
