Very basic accommodations. Rooms were clean, tv reception poor, noisy air conditioner, otherwise quiet. Location okay for Prescott area. This hotel was less expensive than most -- but the problem is that most hotels in Prescott are over priced, as was this one.

The danish for breakfast was well received. The entrance to the driveway is not marked with a sign and if you miss it, it is a problem to turn back. This is coming from Prescott AZ going east.

the hotel was okay. my main complaint was it was a little noisy. i was on the bottom floor, also my hallway was noisy. the continental breakfast was a joke. the only thing there was plenty of was coffee and juice. the donuts were boxed, there were never bagels (no toaster either) when i went, only two cereals and the milk was usually empty or almost. next time i will bring my own or get something out on the way to meeting. there were boxes piled up in the lobby area which was small and cramped to begin with.

Staff was friendly & informative, very helpful. Pool was under repair, must be advertised in advance. Serious disappointment. Highway 69 at the Super 8 hotel moves real fast, unless you've been there B4, you will have a difficult time picking out the correct entrance. I got the right driveway on my 3rd try. That means, passing it up, and going to the next light each time, because the freeway doesn't allow you to make a short u-turn. Very unsafe, seniors must have a difficult time with that.

Proximity. Inadequate wireless. The AC in the room woke us up every time it kicked on, the toilet was loose in its base, the wireless was absolutely terrible (I got a better signal from the Days Inn 2 blocks down the road). When I mentioned these things, the front desk made no effort to console me. I would highly recommend people not to stay there.

Clean. Driveway entrance from highway. Nice quite place, clean a little pricy for what they are.

The hotel receptionist was wonderful. One of our rooms smelled like smoke.

The front desk and housekeeping staff made every effort to let us check in early. Unfortunately, we were in a smoking room because there wasn't any other room available but that was expected. Super 8 don't sound appealing but the Prescott Valley location has done some improvements to make the hotel much more comfortable than I had expected. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. Our stay was only one night and we didn't have any needs not met.

It was very updated, with a frig and microwave in the room. It gave us the option to eat in or out. The bed was too firm. This was an overall great experience. When shopping on line you are never sure if what you see is what you will get.

Staff was friendly and very clean. Smoke in the hallways needs better ventilation. A very nice place for overnight and business travelers.

The staff was very helpful each time we talked to them. No pets allowed and donuts for breakfast. The stay was pleasant.

Clean. Beds hard to much money for the quality. Should have been more like 50.00 instead of 100.00.
