have had smoking rooms before but NEVER one that reeked like this PLUS the hallways just REEKED of smoke. Never heard of openiong windows or anything, saw housekeeping in rooms NEVER opened windows while cleaning. 2:00am woken by noisy kids AND our room phone rang at 3:30 am or so. In the morning it was so loud from upstairs sounded like the ceiling was falling down! PLUS the checkout clerk Sunday AM was a RUDE SNOTTY KID looking for a smack. Oh and directed us for LUNCH to a local place only open for DINNER - don't these people LIVE in town?? Funny thing is other than that we had a GREAT trip to a nice area. Just bad hotel choice.

Convienent location to where I was going. Spa was broken, pool very small. My room was great. Lots of noise though from others in the night. (not the hotels fault) I would stay again.

Large room. Pleasant accomodating staff. Clean. Would stay there again on our way through Portland. Good deal for the money.

The staff. Uncleanly. Super has a very friendly atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was generous. The pool was fun. The halls and hot tub probably could use some attention.

Comfortable king size bed, free breakfast, hot tub and pool. Dingy hallway. Very good value. I would stay there again.

The desk clerk during the day was very helpful. The night desk clerk was not helpful or knowledgeable. We ordered an in-room movie, but it did not work and the desk clerk was unable to help. She said she didn't know what was wrong and that she couldn't do anything. We didn't have 5 pillows in our room, enough for 2 adults and 3 kids and we were told that the motel was all out of pillows. We went without. We got a cot that didn't have any blankets or pillows. I had to go search them out myself. This is a good motel for those just wanting to stay the night with no frills.

Clean, simple and reasonably priced. The room feels great and the bathrooms are newly renovated. Ample parking, convenient location. Located outside of Portland, need to pay a small toll fee to use the turnpike. A decent hotel for travellers. Comparable to Days Inn quality but breakfast had slightly less variety. Staff was super-friendly.

The hotel has a very good continental breakfast. The water in the pool was too cold. The hotel is very easy to get to, the staff were excellent; it was very clean and in very good repair.
