I have NEVER in my life seen such horrible service. Mary was the most rude older lady I have ever met. She was non stop looking for problems that did not even exist. She was not just rude to me and my guests but to everyone else in her sight. I would not even be exaggerating to say it was harassment! I was glad to see her leave for her shift. But then the next morning another very rude lady serving breakfast. She opened the pool and very rudely asked if I was done feeding my kids waffles because it was a health code violation to have bfast and pool going on at the same time. When mind you my kids were not the one's swimming! If it was a health code violation why did you open the pool during my breakfast with my children? It was not even 10 am yet..So it was not like I was late for breakfast. Cmon people lighten up. If your looking for a nazi war camp then stay here....otherwise these ladies will ruin your trip...Literally!!

Very dependable, consistent hotel - some years ago we stayed 5-6 times a year visiting our daughter away at boarding school. Delighted to find during this reunion trip that the same clean, comfortable value still thriving - complimentary breakfast expanded, well stocked, and fresh always. Convenience to nearby Culver was important to us as well.

Location. Poor color coordination. Reasonable rate , good location ,good for a one night stay. Could improve on the breakfast lay out.

This stay was during a Notre Dame football weekend. I booked a great rate almost a year early, but the staff seemed upset that I got this rate. The hotel raises rates 2-3x and requires a 2-night stay on these weekends, and I was able to avoid this price-fixing

Continental breakfast was decent. The WiFi did not work. It was sufficient for my needs of being in close proximity to Culver. Although it isn't visually pleasing it was clean.
