I booked a three night stay at the Pinetop, AZ, Super 8. On the second night there, I found bedbugs. I told the manager the next day, even showing the bug I had killed and he was nonchalant about the whole thing. Then I was charged for the third night, when I didn't even stay there! Disgusting. Also disgusting was the pool that was sickeningly warm, green and so dirty that people had etched graffiti into the layer of dark scum around the edge. I have stayed in Super 8s before. This was horrible.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Motel 8 in Pinetop, AZ. It was a small, intimate room with four round tables, a fireplace, and Indian decorations. The atmosphere was homey, encouraging converation between fellow diners who might happen to be there. Our room in the motel was quite large, with a very comfortable bed, and comfortably warm in the cool weather. There was a sun lamp in the bathroom. There was no regular restaurant in the motel, but several retaurants were within walking distance, as were beauty shops, antique shops, and other shops. We would recommend the motel to anyone staying in Pinetop, and would stay there again.

The Super 8 in Pinetop was comfortable and very clean. Located in a very nice part of pinetop, it was suitable for all our needs while we were there. We stayed 5 nights and our room was always cleaned well each day. The breakfast was your typical continental type, danish, muffins, cereal etc., the only complaint was the coffee was weak and the juices seemed watered down and very weak and tasteless. Would love to see eggs and bacon/sausage and bisquits but I guess that is pushing it! As far as the room, the only complaint there is the fact that the cooler kept turning off and on all night and we could not get the fan to stay running more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time. All in all tho, we were very satisfied. The price was great too!

I liked the location and the scenery. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. I liked the fact that the hotel was nestled among the pine trees. I will definitely stay there again.

The Super 8 in Pinetop was very comfortable, the room was large with a loveseat,table and two chairs. There was a small refrigerator in the room which I liked. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were done quickly. It was conveniently located, close to several restaurants and not too far from the casino.

I liked the size of the room and the Jacuzzi. I didn't like the uncomfortable beds and the smoke filled hall ways. This was a nice place to stay and would stay again.

Great location for skiing at sunrise. Smoking rooms smelled like really old smoking rooms. Overall, the room was perfect for our stay. We stayed the night and checked out and went to sunrise to ski. Great location and great for that purpose. Easy to find.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and always willing to help with every need. We were very satisfied with our room. The jacuzi worked perfectly, and the room was very clean. We look forward to staying there on our next visit.

Convenient to my business activities, inexpensive. Hotel needs some upgrading of facilities. This hotel is clean, bedding is adequate, although not plush, facilities are adequate, price is reasonable for what you get.

Simple. Hotel fine, the bill was 20 dollars higher than my friend who booked directly with super-8. No problem with hotel. Wonder why I was estimated 75, which was 10 dollars higher than my friend who booked directly with super-8, and then the final bill was 85. Won't be booking through again.
