Clean, efficient courteous staff. Location a little further from the Convention center than expected. Clean, easy access, courteous staff.

We stayed here because it was within walking distance to Diamondbacks stadium. With taxes, it was only 100. The room was VERY clean, adequately furnished, tastefully decorated, and everything worked. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very nice. All in all, it was a very pleasant surprise, considering winter rates were in effect (which can be outrageous in Phoenix this time of year).
