Friendly staff. Bad location-looked like a bad part of the neighborhood. We were not comfortable staying there. The hotel room needed a lot of maintenance. The bathtub was in need of some serious updating. The entire hotel was just in the hood, so we were not comfortable staying there at all. The only reason we did is that we got there so late at night.

Front desk staff was nice. Stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. The room was on the second floor with no elevator which made it very difficult carrying two huge suitcases and cooler. We asked for a room on the first floor, however they did not have any. The room was very dated and dingy, however this was supposedly their best suite. The bathroom light wouldn't come on and maintenance came and moved it a little and it worked. We didn't shut it off after that. Room keys didn't work at first and had to walk in the rain back to the desk to get new keys. The gutter above our door was clogged, creating a waterfall effect. Asked maintenance to look at that, and that's all he did was look. Didn't attempt to fix. The dishes in the room were dirty and no coffee provided with coffee maker. Was told they only provided coffee for the single and double rooms and not the suites. Planned on staying there for our entire trip. Made the reservation for one night to see if we would like it, which turned out to be a good idea.

We checked in, and they had us at the back side of the building - which looked good to start off, but at 4 am when we were awaken by the delivery trucks that go to the neighbouring grocery store, I was fit to be tied. I went to the front desk and they sad that they normally charge more for the quiet side of the building, but moved me there regardless after I put up a stink about the extra fees they wanted. I also called the hotel before I booked about their free continental breakfast and they said they had a full continental breakfast. When we got here - the first meal was surprising - if they could buy cheaper products they would have, I think they scraped the bottom of the barrel. No variety, no taste, and nothing for the kids. Dont ask for seconds. There is mold in the bathroom - around the fixtures too - how healthy! We went out for a drive as a family - leaving our regular items back at the hotel room - including backpacks and our camera. We returned early in the afternoon to find our hotel room door was being held open by a towel on the floor, the cart outside, but no maid in our room, she was down the hall in someone else's room. We walked away thinking of being polite and giving the woman some space for her to do her job. When we came back we all took a nap, but the next morning when we went to the Park - wouldn't you know it - no camera to be found anywheres. The hotel manager didn't believe me, pretty much called me out. Customer Service - NO Way I will never be staying here again.

Filthy was the room,bathroom,furniture, and floor. Shower controls worked backwards. The lights came on several seconds after you turned on the switch and blinking. There were surge protectors everywhere which was odd. The neighborhood was scary looking. The pillows, towels, toilet paper, and toilet were all hard as a rock. The worst place we stayed in. Should have changed hotels but did not have time.

Reviews make this place seem like it's nice, what a joke. The hotel lobby looks nice but the rooms are far away from it, and next to the dumpsters behind the i-hop. Dozens of bug corpses cover the corners of the room. The bed had urine and other unsettling stains on the sheets, along with several pubic hairs. Breakfast was a sticky bun, though the hotel proudly boasts a continental breakfast. Take my advice and go to the best westerm 5 miles down the road, it's very nice and affordable, just don't stay here, plz!

Huge room, very clean, the price was right. Small beds, surrounding area not very pleasant. Staff was very good, room was super clean, the area around hotel is kinda iffy but the way the hotel is set up you are secluded from that. Probably would stay there again

This room was basically terrible. the carpets were filthy and the walls needed painting. for almost $100/night a jail cell would of been better. The TV remote did not work and the bottom lock on the door did not work. I would never stay here again. The shower was dirty with hair in the drain. I did not like this place.

The hotel was fine, had a microwave & fridge. Room was tidy but dated. Pool was large, but not heated. Room price was great, although the neighborhood was a bit odd. Pawn Shops and laundramats abound.

The location was fairly close to Disney. The bathroom was not very clean and you had to walk far to the pool.

"The Hotel was great! Especially the bed!! Very comfortable bed! The Room itself was very clean, along with the bathroom. Shower was ok, but it needed a new showerhead... Great experience!"

In the suites there should be a tv in each room. The ice machine near the lobby didn't work well.

"Room was clean (except for the carpet) and comfortable - the curtains actually blocked the light. Beware of the ""continental breakfast"" - the ""donuts"" were straight out of a vending machine, and the juice machine was broken 2 out of 3 mornings of our stay. IHOP is next door! Also, 8 miles to Disney equates to a VERY long drive in traffic unless you take a toll road. The staff was friendly & helpful, and the area was quiet."
