In the first room the toilet was leaking when you flushed it. The manager had to come up and see it for himself and then when he was going to give me another room his wife had to see it for herself. In the second room there was no clock radio and was very dirt. I really don't think they know how to clean the rooms. There was a peice of clothing behind the dresser along with wrapers. There was mold in the shower. I Will Not be back.

Staff was friendly and location to downtown was great. Carpets were in bad need of replacement and stairways smelled something awful. The hotel was actually more than I expected for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Could have used a few more English speaking people but hey where can you find that these days.

We won't be staying here again. It works for the money, but smelled awful. I think they febreezed a little too much. The beds were real springy, and OLD. The bathrooms shower faucet was barely hanging on. I wouldn't recomend this hotel. The best part was they location. It was right off the highway in Nashville.

It was good price. I would vistit this hotel again.

The staff was congenial and helpful. It was too close to the interstate. We enjoyed our stay here. Apparently the hotel has been remodeled not too long ago. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and appeared to be recently painted and with new bathroom floors. The pool was well kept and clean. The staff was very welcoming and eager to please, even to put a refrigerator in one of our party's room, who had medicines that had to be refrigerated. We could hear semis all the time, but for some reason it wasn't bothersome. Others said they couldn't hear them at all. A good low cost motel and I'd stay there again and recommend it to others.

Hotel was dirty, carpets stained. Sheets were NEVER changed. Had to activate room key every day. Room smelled. Insufficient pillows - gave us a bedspread as a substitute for pillow!

Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a room that already had an occupant. Can you imagine the horror for myself & the other guest? It was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will i ever stay there again.

The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was not avail. Hotel was over booked rooms dirty. The pillows had hair all over them and the sheets were wrinkled like they had been slept in. Then the TV came on at 7:30 am while we were sleeping when I told the front desk she laughed about it. We were not at all happy with this stay.

Stayed at this motel for 2 nights. Good location from northern highways, so-so from central Nashville (had to drove thru a seedy area of town) Free continental breakfast needs inprovement - offered coffee, juice, donuts and English muffins- toaster handle was broken, had to hold handle down while toasting. Housekeeping staff was eating the breakfast food, so frequently have to ask desk to replenish. Hallway carpeting did not seem to be vacuumed regularly.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Pleased with everything in general. For this size and price motel very good.

it was next to the interstate(noise). There was a pile of Shingles? between the Hotel and parking lot. There was grass clippings in the pool that were cleaned out about three days later. The key cards worked intermittedly in the door. After complaining about our cards the manager in an indignant manner came back and showed us that we ""didn't know how to open a door"" and the special combination to open the door. For internet service you sat next to a window used the Neighbor' Hotel's wireless. NOt a secure area. the reception window had a two inch glass across it.

The price was good. Not real clean, found hair in the bed when I pulled back the top sheet. We had been out for a concert on new years eve, it was after 2:00am when we returned to the room, when I pulled back the top sheet there were black hairs on the bed sheet, we ending up sleeping under the bedspread because we weren't sure if the bed had been changed, I also found a wet rag on the bathroom floor when we checked in. I can not give this a good review.

Convenient to downtown area. Burns in sheets, holes in wall, coffee gross, and chair stained horribly. When we called to confirm our reservations, no one answered, the continental breakfast consisted of old coffee & a piece of bread, bed very uncomfortable and the stains on the 1 chair in the room prevented us from sitting anywhere besides the desk and only with a towel on that chair yuk.

Nothing. Everything. This hotel is horrible. I was not expecting a luxury hotel by any means, but I at least expected to feel comfortable and safe. My friends and I tried three different rooms before we finally gave up and left. In the first room, the bathroom door did not have a knob. It was just a panel of wood, and when someone went in the bathroom, they had to bang on the door until one of us heard her to come and push the door so she could get out. The door handle to the outside hallway was broken and we could not get back into our room after leaving. In our second room, the heater emitted a foul odor, but did not blow out any warm air. The window for this room also did not have a working lock. They then took us to a third room that only had one bed. We needed two. In addition to all of this, the entire hotel reeks of stale cigarette smoke (and although our rooms were designated as non-smoking rooms, they still smelled like walking into an ashtray). After all of our problems, we decided it would be in our best interest (considering safety and comfort) to leave. I have spoken with the hotel's front desk manager who was rude and unwilling to listen to my complaints, simply stating I could not be compensated because "it was your choice to leave" and "you can't have a refund because it's already been run through."...whatever that means. So now I am working with Super 8 corporate. They have been more understanding. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is concerned for their safety or wants a comfortable night's stay in Nashville. I know Nashville is a brilliant city with a lot to offer, and there are decently-priced hotels that also have adequate accommodations.

Good parking. Our room was dirty. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. We arrived late at night and had no problem with checking in but once in our room, we discovered that our sheets and bathroom were dirty. The room had an odd smell and the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful & friendly. The room was clean & fresh smelling with the air on. The continental breakfast was out of most of their food before there time was over. The appearance of the hotel was nice and in good taste. Parking was tight in the front; but they had fair parking in the back. It was close to the highway.
