Very affordable, easy check in. No shampoo. This was a great place for the money. It was small, but tidy. The front desk was helpful. I was only there for a night, but it was comfy and clean.

This hotel claims to be a newly remodeled in 2006 but appears it has never been so. There were black stains near the bed. The floors and fixtures were broken or worn and and the room was filthy. Please do not put yourself or your family through this for saving a few dollars.

Lots of stores, restaurants and taverns in the area.

Stayed twice. First time was wonderful. Second was the worst experience I had ever had at a hotel.

Great location andvery economical. This hotel has a great location, an easy commute to UTK and a very friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large -- we didn't step on each other trying to get dressed -- the bed was comfortable. Husband loved the big TV and the refrigerator in the room was handy. All areas we saw were very clean and smelled good. Easy access to I-75 and several eating places nearby. Very good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were sufficient for overnight stay. Pleasant atmosphere and continental breakfast was sufficient.

i don't usually go back on-line and write reviews about places that i stay, but this hotel was not worth staying at. we live in michigan and had a famly reunion to attend in tennessee, so we booked this hotel over the internet...yes, it was one of the least expensive hotels, but we were limited on the amount of money we had at the time. the hotel looked decent on the outside, and twhen we arrived there, the staff were very friendly...i think this made up for the front lobby both reeking of smoke, and our NON-SMOKING....let me repeat that...NON-SMOKING room also reeking of cigarette smoke...this is one thing that i can't stand is cigarette smoke...which not only my husband and i had to tolerate, but also my two young children. therefore we will save our money the next time our family reunion is held in tennessee and spend twice the smount of money we spent at this super 8 motel at another hotel...a clean one!

Had me and my 2 sons checked in within 5 minutes and gave me directions to the Football Stadium the next morning without any questions. Everything was good. We arrived at midnight got checked in. The room was nice and neat, beds were comfortable and no noise in the area. Got up and showered in a clean shower and went to the Football game. It was a very nice stay.

Location - easy drive of 4 miles to downtown. Noisy a bit. Fine for what we were there for - a short stay to get up early and start a Marathon in downtown Knoxville.

Nearby plenty of restraunts and it is a very easy commute to downtown Knoxville. No shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms- Bring your own. Towels are pretty rough too.

Great location. Front desk was not staffed half the time. Ok for a cheap overnight stop. The front desk person was not even seen half the time, sitting behind the desk and shielded by a wall. This leaves access to the whole hotel via the front stair and they would not even know you were there, not the safest feeling. Room was pretty good, but don't count on the continental breakfast, go out instead and save your time.

Staff was wonderful! They were extremely helpful! The smoking rooms made the hallways a little smokey. The lady at the front desk on at around 7:30p.m. was the nicest desk clerk I have ever met. She helped us with maps of the area. She also gave us verbal directions. When we were scared of getting lost she cheered us on and encouraged us to have a possitive attitude we would find the place!

Friendly staff. No elevator, no handrail on staircase, big gap at bottom of room door. The staff was friendly. If you just need a comfortable bed for the night this place will do. However, if you stay on the 2nd floor, there isn't an elevator and the staircase lacks a handrail. I liked that the corridor was indoors.

Loacation. It was a dump. Hotel was a dump. The rooms stunk, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, plaster was falling from the ceiling. Sheets were dirty.

Room was clean, price was good, would stay again. Kind of out of the way. This was a better hotel than I expected for the price. Not a bad place to stay for the price.

Convenience. The bed wasn't exactly to our perfection, but we understand everyoe is not the same. Room had hidden dirt places. It was fine except we prefer a firmer mattress and there was some dirt behind dresser. My wife was hunting an outlet for laptop charger. Also had grime when shower control was turned on. Rather disgusting. Other than that it was fine.

It was convenient to my destination. They did not have a room ready when I got there. I was looking for reasonable comfort at a low price, and this hotel supplied that. It's nowhere you'd want to stay for a vacation, but as an overnight stopover on a long trip, or a one or two night stay it's fine.
