my only complaint is they didnot refresh coffee supplies and the pot was old and dirty

It had comfortable beds and a good clean shower. Very small swimming pool. Limited breakfast selection. We had a clean room. But don't expect much. It is a no frills, basic room, and fine if you aren't going to spend much time in the room. But if it rains or you want to spend time away from the family this hotel is not for you.

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. It smelled bad, was run down, dingy and hadn't been renovated in years. The beds were hard as a rock, the carpets filthy and the non-smoking room we were in smelled like an old tavern. I would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend the extra $10 and go down the street to any of the other hotels in the neighborhood.

Nothing good to say about this place. Bad location, difficult parking, lousy Continental breakfast. Would not recommend.

The staff wasvery friendly and accommodating. The location appeared sleazy. No sound proofing.

I really liked the location it was very close to everything It had a veriety of different places to eat from cheap to fine dinning. I liked the idea of leaving my car at the motel and being able to walk to the main area of town to see stuff. They have a tour guide that picks you up at the hotel and drops you back off (reasonably priced.) I took it myself and enjoyed it very much.

There are bed bugs in that hotel. For people who are allergic to the bites it's a nighmare. I couldn'd get any sleep at night and I have itchy wheals all over. The coffe maker was filthy and clogged with white substance. Will never stay in that hotel again.

This hotel was wonderful. My husband and I stayed over a long weekend and were very happy with our experience. I could not believe what a great price we had. Before booking, we checked on other hotels in the area and could not believe how expensive the others were. We could walk to the falls or take a trolly. We did both and found the area to be more exciting and pleasant than we expected. With the casino right across the street and an amazing, delicious italian restaurant at the hotel, we could not have asked for more. The staff was very informative and nice. The only problem was that we wish we could have had an extra couple of days to experience everything there was in the area. We can't wait to get back to see Niagara Falls again. In fact, we have booked for our anniversary in the winter. We are looking forward to the sight of the falls at that time. We will tell all of our family and friends. Thank you Super 8 staff. You made our vacation fabulous and one we will remember always.

All rooms look like smoking smell, Wireless Internet always looses its connection.

Motle is not 10 min walk to falls @ least 20min. Checked in 6pm but did not go to room right away. Went to room appox 11pm and the room had never been serviced from the pervious day. Manager did not believe and had to look for himself. Recd room across the hall. Matteress has torn at seam, shoe prints on ceilings marking dead bugs, wholes in the wash cloths. Never showered too afraid! Tried to get money back but was informed sincwe I booked with 3rd party (Orbitz) I could not and would have to take it up with Orbitzs. Of course according to motel staff all other hotels in area "overbooked". Very unpleasant and disappointing!!
