Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. I wasn't looking for a luxury hotel as I wasn't planning on staying in my room much. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, warm and inviting my room was and ended up looking forward to retreating back to it.

Friendly staff. Refrigerator did not work. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. The room with the whirlpool is really just a whirlpool tub (very small) and the sofa bed.

Location. Not very clean, blanket nasty, soft blanket was scratchy and hard from age? They put us in a smoking room even though we don't smoke.

Provided a good breakfast. Items needing repair and entry arrangement. Generally ok except for toilet water did not shut off and towel rack was loose on wall and fell off when taking a towel. Office personnel were friendly and accommodating.
