This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. When I received a key from the staff, I went into a room that was already occupied. I have yet to get an apology from the staff person. The rooms were dingy with a very funny smell. I would not recommend this place to someone I disliked.

Nothing. Dirty room and stunk. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. The room stunk horribly, the shower was stained and the toiled was dirty. The headboard of the bed was had graffiti on it and when we got there the lights did not work. The manager came and found there weren't enough plugs for all the lights, and even some that did have plugs didn't work. He managed to get enough of them on for us to light the room. I checked in at 1 p.m. and checked about by 7, after making arrangements to stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed the stay, great location to the downtown there. Visited on Parents Weekend and will go back. The bathroom was very nice and new looking.

Directions to property leave a lot to be desired, Hard to find especially at night. The moment I opened the door, I knew this was a mistake. The room reeked of heavy tobacco smoke. It was everywhere. And now it is in everything I own (Like Seinfeld's Car). I called the desk to ask for another room and was told there was no room available. The king size bed was too firm and now I have a back ache. House cleaning not evident. An absolutely terrible room. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction at checkout, all I got was a blank stare. No receipt. You pay thru Travel website - - Travel give receipt. Worst stay ever anywhere, Hands down!

Nothing. Stairs were falling apart andfood was moldy and stale, overall dirty. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. I had to walk sideways on the stairs so my whole foot could fit on the stair and not fall odd due to damage and falling apart. The room was filthy. The breakfast in the morning was no orange juice, bagels were moldy, donuts were stale and nothing was appealing.

The room was dirty the floor looked like it wasn't cleaned especially under the bed. When I got home I checked my credit card on line and found that the card was charged almost 6.00 more than my receipt. I wouldn't stay there again and I would advise anyone who does to keep a close eye a\\on their charges.

It was dirty. Good location in proximity to University of Delaware. However, the room wreaked of smoke,felt dust covered or nicotine covered. Noise level from room to left and room above was disheartening. Would not stay there again.

Had some trouble with being given the key to a room that hadn't been cleaned since last visitors. We slept well in spite of the noise (it was Friday night in a college town). Bathroom looked recently renovated.

It was in the center of the city. The location was okay. The clerk made us feel uncomfortable the way he was looking at my husband. The location was good. The rooms were clean. We did have a refrigerator and a microwave which was great.

Nothing The rooms were awful I had to be switch to a 2nd room. Ants and spiders bad the smell was very bad! take off you list of motels This place was dirty; the smell when you enter the rooms was awful. The bathrooms were not clean. The linen was dirty had to go buy linens. The rooms had spider webs, and the spiders came out of the bureau drawers it was so bad I had to be moved to another room. The second room was dirty, bathroom not cleaned; towels and washcloths were dinged needed to be replaced. The room with the ice machine and soda machine was dark and dirty, hard to get ice from the machine. I recommend you take this motel off your list immediately.
