Room was room and all necessities were available. The hotel was clean, the people were friendly. Just what I needed for a good night's sleep.

Very clean. Small rooms and no fancy amenities. Staff are very polite. Good value for the money. Easy access to the Idaho Center. We'll be back next month.

Close to freeway. Clean comfortable room, I only needed the hotel to sleep in, so didn't use any other features. Shower worked good, bathroom clean, bed comfortable. All Good.

The kingsize bed we slept in was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on outside of my own bed...I did not have a sore back any morning of our stay. The air conditioner went out in our room and the staff was quick to replace it with a brand new unit that cooled the room in about an hour. That was very much appreciated. The wireless internet worked fair/good. One night I was unable to log on but the front desk staff gave me the number to their internet help desk. I did not call that night and the next evening I was able to log on with min. difficulty. Everyone was friendly at the front desk. I asked for directions to a specific bank and the post office in which the office staff gave very good directions. We had min difficulty finding either location. The rooms were clean but plain.

Best place in Nampa we been treated like a king we had a wounderful time there I felt like I was at home.

It was clean. Our room air conditioner was suppose to be set at 7-8 out of 10. The hotel info book in the room had no pages in it. We spent 2 nights in a hot room. No one told us that the air conditioner could not be set to 10. The room was very hot when we checked in, so we set it to high. Very soon it stopped working. We spent two nights in temperatures near 95 degrees. It was difficult on my husband's rheumatoid arthritis. The last day they moved us to another room. Upon check out, another desk clerk called the manager, who would not speak with us then, but who said she would phone us. We have not heard from her.

It was decently clean. Air conditioning did not work, damaged furniture. Check in was quick, staff was decently friendly and the room was clean. However the air conditioning did not work in our room 316 and in August that is sort of a must have. There was a chair that had a nail sticking up out of it and slashed my leg badly, but I was only offered a "sorry, let me see if I can find a band aid". They did not have one so we had to make a make shift bandage until morning. I was not impressed.

Convenient location, clean, AC noise hid hotel noise! Carpet was being replaced in entryway - kind of inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, free Wi-Fi worked as advertised. Nothing fancy, no frills, but comfortable. I liked overstuffed chair/ottoman, as I was quite ill during my stay here and found the chair comfortable to nap in. Only things bad - very minimal continental breakfast and no area to enjoy it except back to the room. I would stay here again because it was a reasonable value for what you get.

I did not like this hotel. Next to free-way on ramp very noise, paid for a king bed only received two double beds. Noise is unacceptable hotel was in need of repair.

It was close to the Idaho Center Arena. There was a weird smell in the hallway. All Super Eights have this smell. It was okay. It was very low budget, but I didn't need anything fancy.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and not enough pillows in the room. The motel was out of pillows and we finally received the extra pillow after one an a half hours after request. The front desk was also not very friendly. I'm glad this trip wasn't to really enjoy relaxing in the room.

Parking was very easy and close - ease of access. Kids above didn't stop jumping after we reported being disturbed after 10 pm. Very friendly, and good coffee and clean rooms/linens. Helpful desk clerk even made copies for us.

The check in process was fast and complete. The staff only offered excuses as to why we did not get what was requested. We had secured the motel room one month in advance for two beds in a non smoking room. On the night that we arrived we found only 1 bed when it was stated that we had four people in our party. The staff stated that this was because we reserved the room online. They also stated that they could not do anything about it because they were booked and even the roll away beds were taken. They did not even offer an extra blanket so the kids could sleep on the floor. Bad experience in a society that demands satisfied customers.

It was very clean and had a nice decor. The placement of furniture made it a little difficult to get in the room. I thought it was nice for the price. Easy access on and off the freeway and close enough to downtown.

Very accommodative staff and Very clean. No microwave, no hair dryer. Super 8 has long been a favorite motel for soccer travel and 'rest stops' for cross country driving. I value the cleanliness of these motels and helpful staff.
