Location was great, hotel was clean, staff were pleasant. We were told there had been an error and we had been given a different type room. We were told that there had been a mistake and they were full. Since the room had already been paid for, we were rather annoyed. They said they could 'make arrangements' for us by moving rooms around; basically this meant they had given us a non-smoking room with one Q bed rather than two, no coffee pot, microwave, or refrigerator as advertised but the price was the same. The location was good and the hotel was clean so we decided to stay. I do not know whose 'mistake' this was but we did question if we would make arrangements this way again.
