There was a microwave in the room. Parking lot very dark in the back. The motel had a pretty comfy bed. One of the desk attendants were very helpful. One didn't speak or understand English. One looked a little scary. The breakfast was a poptart or a small bagel. The coffee was excellent. The only computer hook up was in the lobby next to the front desk and coffee. We were only in the room from 11:30 pm until 6:30 each day, so as long as the bed was clean we were okay. I saw lots of kids swimming and they seemed to be having a good time.

Last minute stay due to bad weather. Girl at the desk was friendly. Motel needs remodeling. Housekeeping did poor job of cleaning room. Door said nonsmoking but room smelled like an ashtray. pool closes too early, 10pm, checked in at 9:30pm. Just as well because after inspecting the pool it didn't look that clean. I suspect owners and many family members and relatives also live on property in the rooms. A lot of activity in rooms for having just 3 cars in parking lot. Coffee maker had a leftover liquid in it so I didn't use it, Yech!

Front desk person tried to deny us a room in spite of our printed reservation from Online travel website . She claimed there were no non-smoking rooms available. I asked to use her phone to call Online travel website . Eventually, she relented and booked us in a second floor room which was difficult for my wife. She has arthritis and fibromyalgia which made carrying luggage upstairs difficult. The front desk clerk's rude behavior was the beginning of a bad motel stay. The room's bathtub was not completely cleaned. Someone had defecated in the small swimming pool. A coffee maker was in the room, but no coffee available. The air-conditioning unit spit out such polluted air that breathing became difficult.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Maid service followed instruction well, hot tub. Some electrical outlets did not work, not hotel fault, but power went out in entire town. Friendly, helpful staff, good pool and hot tub. Comfortable room, quiet location, although near to highways. Amenities convenient. Well priced.

Girl at front desk told us the rate for our room had gone up. When I whipped out a printed copy of our Online travel website reservation, she said that the manager would have to look at it. Eventually, she came back to the desk and told us that the manager would OK the reservations's rate this time, but the taxes would be higher. We asked about our reservation for our return trip home. She made a notation that the same rate would be acceptable since she would be gone on that date. Notes, will be made on that situation in review for another date. Although we had trouble at the front desk, the management did upgrade our room from one with a queen bed to one with a king size bed.

Absolutely nothing. I have used other internet services for hotels and motels around the united states with no requirement to call the hotel or motel to insure the confirmation number is valid and will be honored upon my arrival.

The amount that was actually charged by the hotel owner was almost 10.00 more than quoted. There was an apple and 2 danishes left for breakfast. The shower didn't drain and the shampoo bottle had been opened.
