Very clean, friendly staff, pool area was nice. Breakfast was average, would have been nice to have waffles too. Clean, moderate hotel, with a pool. Young kids would enjoy the pool as it doesn't get deeper than 5 feet. Staff is friendly. Breakfast included although no waffles or other hot foods other than toast. Great place for business travelers.

When we arrived at 4:00PM the housekeeper was cleaning our room. We went out, had supper and returned. Upon entering the room we noticed it smelled stale, like someone had been smoking in it. When I phoned the desk to verify that it was a non-smoking room, I was told that it was and that maybe what we smelled was the cleaning products the cleaners used. Yeah right! The room still smelled after we aired it out with the door open. Very unpleasant and the staff insulted my intelligence by implying I couldn't tell the difference between cleaning products and smoke.

Very clean. Heater/air conditioner. The only complaint I have about the room was the heater/air conditioner. It was -29 C out and the heater would cut in quite often. When this unit would cut in it sounded like a air compressor starting up. It would run for 5- 10 minutes before quieting down to get back to sleep. Both of us did not sleep very well.
