Clean with friendly personnel. No fridge, bathroom was cold when door was shut. We went to Illinois to visit our son and his family. My husband and I stayed at our son's home, due to lack of bedroom space, our two daughters stayed at the Super Eight. It was clean, the personnel was friendly and it was very convenient to my son's home (less than 2 miles away).

When we need help at middle of night..He came & help us out. Manager gave 2 rooms free to use in the next day morning for our family member to take shower. We have to get ready for funeral.

The cleanliness. The price of a room for one night. Everything was perfect with my room. The bed was nice and firm and the pillows soft. The main thing is that it was very clean.

Semi cheap. Bed had springs poking me; carpet was wet from the broken air conditioner drain. It took 15 minutes for someone to check me in when I got there.

Our room had exposed wires on broken electrical fixtures, no smoke detector, and burn holes in eveything from the floor to our bed sheets. When we complained to the front desk they were completely unwilling to work with us.

Helpful desk clerk assisted me in printing out airline boarding passes. Not enough pillows.

Continental Breakfast is not a great selling point, not with just some old cereal and stale mini donuts on offer. Merely adequate.

Could often hear the traffic and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. This was the first time in a super 8 motel. It wasn't too bad of a room but the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
