I booked a room with fridge and microwave. The room I was put in had neither even though they advertise All rooms do. When I inquired, they told me that they didn't have any more non smoking room with those items. Even though i was in a non smoking room even though I had booked a smoking room. I will never stay in a Super 8 motel again nor will I use Orbitz again.

Staff was very friendly. Indoor pool was like a sauna, the water was cloudy, parking was weird. Good hotel for the money. You get what you pay for. I've stayed in better, and I've stayed in a lot worse.

We only stayed one night so we didn't check out the pool or anything like that. There is a hair dryer in the room but the heat for the room had to be adjusted with warm/cool and I had to get up during the night to adjust it. The front dest was good but not the friendliest. There is a restaurant across the street we ate there but since I don't remember it very well it wasn't what I would call terrific. My husband and I are elderly and they gave us rooms upstairs which wasn't the greatest but overall the hotel is what I would call good to very good.

The room smelled like someone was smoking pot in the room. They also didnt give us enought pillows or towel and when I asked for more they said they "didnt have any clean". And the provied breakfest but put it away at 9am not allow us enough time to eat or get any food at all. I Will never stay at this hotel or it's chain ever again.

The breakfast. The rooms.

This is the worst motel i have ever stayed in. The window was encrusted with spider webs, the comforter and blanket were full of burn holes, the sheets had blood stains on them and the bed had a six inch iron bar sticking out from it that i cut my ankle on. The ice machine was broken so they had a big blue tub full of ice uncovered and not even a scoop for use, that is if you wanted to even use it. The blow dryer didn't work. Nothing was kept cold for the breakfast referring to milk juice or water. To top off the other complaints that i have not listed the front dest help was very rude. This was such a bad experience that i will never stay at a super 8 motel as long as i live!!!

Appropriate rates for the overall experience. The continental breakfast had very little to choose from. We were very satisfied with the rates and the location and safety of the hotel. The pool, which we did not use, was a little cloudy. Also, the continental breakfast had no fruit, and mainly bread, bread, and more bread to choose from (cereal, plain bagels, mini muffins, a waffle maker, and bread for toast). Other than that, we would stay here again with no hesitation if we weren't prepared and the breakfast was important to us. Very friendly for kids and adults of all ages, though.

My husband and I wanted to get away for our anniversary and of course, we're on a budget, so the price for this hotel was unbeatable...However, I wish we would have spent a little more for a cleaner stay...The gentleman at the front desk at check in/out was indifferent, did not thank us for staying, never greeted us when we came and went and most of the time was on his cell phone...unprofessional. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, black mold in the shower, unidentifiable substance on the door frame and walls, caked dust on top of hair dryer and lip of counter, floor and counter had hairs that belonged to neither me or my husband...The indoor pool was a big dissapointment, it was a cloudy green color and couldn't see the bottom... The location was good, but crowded on a block with about 4 other hotels which I wish we had stayed at instead...every restaurant and store imaginable was very near by and easy to navigate.

Free breakfast and pool are great when traveling with small kids! Bad pillows! No elevator could be an issue with kids or lots of heavy bags! For what we paid, it was nice! Great for families trying to save more money for the fun sight-seeing stuff! My daughter loved the warm waffles for breakfast and the pool to swim in before bedtime! Bring your own pillow or some Tylenol for neck pain!

Friendly staff, well worth the money. Hallways not air conditioned or well ventilated. Great stay for the money.

The room was in disrepair, wall paper peeling from the walls, missing tiles in the bathroom, indoor pool was green in color with no ventilation and the choline odor limited the time you could stand it it there, free wireless internet was not working. photos on website make this hotel appear much nicer than it truly is.

Good hotel for the money, and itwas clean. Internet terminal was down. Was nestled behind 3 other motels, was located in a safe area and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and in good condition, great place for the money. Had an internet terminal but wasn't working and the pool look pretty murky and had a chlorine, musty smell.

Two stories...no elevator. The hallways are not heated or air conditioned and smelled. No HBO or Showtime. There appeared be be no circulation in the pool like they were too cheap to turn on the pumps. The free breakfast was also sub-par. They put out containers of milk with no ice or refrigeration. My room looked like it had not been updated or remodeled since the eighties.Painted over grafitti bled through on the walls. [...] Under no cicumstances would I ever stay at this dump again!!!!!!

The bed was great. Nothing. Priced right, convenient location, near I75, pet friendly.

We were on the second floor and they don't have an elevator. It could have been a lot cleaner too. The only thing it had going for it is the price and location.

Uncomfortable bed, no hot water, nasty pool and noisy parking lot.

The rooms were clean & quiet. Very good value for the price. The young man that checked us in was a bit rude & arrogant. The woman at the desk the next morning was super nice & helpful. Location very convenient in terms of proximity to multiple restaurants and the highway. Were able to walk from hotel to about 6 restaurants, although all chain restaurants.
