I was in town for a wedding and needed a simple overnight location. The room was comfortable and big enough to allow three women (including the bride) to get dressed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The small dining table was very helpful as everyone worked to get dressed. Having the vanity area separate from the bathroom was tremendously useful. The hotel was conveniently located near a small shopping mall. More shopping including dining was across the bridge. That was a bit of a downside for me since I did not have a car and did not feel like getting a taxi. Additionaly, I would have liked to see a little more security in the area. Also, the walls were a little dirty in some areas. That is me just nitpicking though. Otherwise, it was a good experience. The hotel had a continental breakfast the morning that I left, but I did not have time to eat.

Great staff, liked the fridge and coffee maker, nice pool area with hot tub. Bed was not really comfortable, there was a large draft from the outside door. This was a clean fairly comfortable place to stay, close to lots of places to eat. We stayed because of the ice storm and we were very pleased with our overall visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is my second and last visit to this motel only because of the poor maintenance it receives. Non existant door seals, noisy air conditioners, carpet peeling, and dirty rooms are the most prevalent problems. The location is good for eateries and shopping but those are the only plusses. Overall I rate this a two out of five.

The free breakfast and indoor pool were both great. The location is extremely hard to get in and out of. Very hard to get in and out of due to being on a one way street. We seemed to inconvenience the night shift lobby clerk when we asked for towels for the pool. I accidentally checked smoking room but after check-in they gladly switched us to a non-smoking room. The indoor pool was warm but, they had the door open to the room it was in and it was 35 degrees out side. I still don't understand why that was that way. The whirlpool was out of order and that was one thing we had looked forward to. The housekeeper that cleaned our room was very friendly. The location is withing walking distance of several nice restaurants. You have to drive all around the world due to one-way streets all around the place. It's generally a pain in the neck just to get back to the hotel. We will not stay at this location during our next stay in NLR. Also, the microwave was unplugged so I had to get down and plug it in. The room would smell of smoke bad when someone upstairs (or in another room) smoked a cigarette. That wasn't very good.

Poor cleaning service. Hotel was run down, had to change room on check in due to door not closing completely. Door on new room still gapped. Cleaning service was inadequate and room did not even looked clean.

Free internet and parking. I got stuck with a handicap room. The first thing I noticed about my room was that it was for handicap individuals. The clothes rack was only about 3 feet high, so I couldn't hang my garment bag. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and some of the wall paper was peeling. This motel could be very nice with a little TLC. They also have a free breakfast, but the waffle batter was so thin, it ran out of the waffle iron and then stuck to the iron.

I would not recommend this hotel facility. The overnight shift desk worker was very rude. HBO was playing on the TV in the front room. There was coffee left in the coffeepot. The 3rd room had been cleaned, though not thoroughly. Upon check out the front desk worker acted like she did not understand my hygiene concerns.

There were several restaurants nearby to choose from. Even though there were several restaurants nearby, it was difficult to get to them from the hotel. This hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and answered all questions.

The staff was pleasant. The room was pretty clean. The tub didn't drain well and you were in ankle deep water when you showered. We were very pleased with qaulity of hotel for the price.
