I loved the lobby. The winding staircase & floors were beautiful. I felt like Cinderella walking down them.

The room was large. Our room was next to an outside door that banged very loudly. Fair enough room and service. Our room was located next to a door that, each time it closed.

What a great stay! In town for business and just wanted a cheap room with internet access and a fitness room, but I got so much more. The wired internet was a plus and really fast, and the fitness room had a treadmill, an elliptical, and a bike. The bed felt like it was new and was sooooo comfortable. Will certainly stay here again....

Staff was helpful and accomodating. The "almost brandnew" hotel had rooms were very comfortable and clean. The best value I've found in a long time in lodging. I'll be back in Lubbock next week on business I'll certainly be staying again.

Clean, well appointed, nice facilities, spacious, convenient, and personnel were friendly. First two nights the indoor pool was freezing, finally the third night turned heater on and was better. Great location for us. The room was well appointed, neat, and spacious. The bathroom and dressing area were ample as well. I used the health spa facilities, 3 machines but what I needed with towels and water available. The indoor pool was freezing; we reported it and by the 3rd day were warm. The pool and pool area were spacious with Jacuzzi, sauna, and towels at ones disposal. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I chose this hotel based on the pictures. The hotel was great and the beds were some of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on. Service in the lobby was exceptional and they helped us with anything we needed.

The hotel staff was very helpful, gave great directions Our room was right next to the pool. Except for the room being right next to the indoor pool. We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel desk clerk was very helpful.

Freshly appointed rooms, excellent bath facilities and super pool. A little off the main course but rooms are large with comfortable bedding and great shower. Quiet at night and staff was very welcoming on a very busy football weekend.

Location and the price. TV remote did not have batteries and the toilet stopped up. I enjoyed staying at this motel and I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I wanted something closer to Texas Tech University. Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. It is about 10 minutes to Texas Tech University, if I remember correctly.

Staff was very friendly - excellent indoor pool - family friendly. Not enough luggage carts at checkout time! Our stay was fabulous! My husband was attending orientation for the RN-BSN at Tech, and the kids & I went along with him for a mini-vacation! I needed a place with fridge & microwave, and entertainment (indoor pool) for myself & my two young kids, since we would be at the hotel during the day without a car! The Super 8 fit my needs perfectly! We had breakfast in the breakfast room (fresh made waffles plus usual continental fare). The indoor pool was a must, since I didn't want the weather to keep us from being able to go swim. It was great! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating and room was clean. Will definitely stay again!
