Its location from the highway. I went with my two kids and the room only had one bed. I will never pick a one star hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy driving distance of downtown Chattanooga. It is close to the freeway but is blocked from freeway noise allowing for a quiet night's rest. The room was ready when we arrived and cleaned well each day. The free breakfast was on the slight side. The only problem was the very strong stale burnt tobacco odor throughout the hotel even in our nonsmoking room.

Do not stay at this location. The neighborhood seemed shady and the hotel was dark and did not seem clean. They need to update everything and get more light in the hall ways. It seems that this hotel has problems all the time. We did not get much sleep since the doors were banging open and closed all night long. We left as soon as we could because we did not feel safe in the hotel.

Convenient room to getting in and out of hotel. Everything smelled like smoke in this hotel. The hotel was far from full and refusing to give us a room that wasn't full of smoke was unforgivable. I had trouble sleeping the odor was so bad. The attendant gave us absolutely no consideration. I am from a state where everything is smoke free and I am not used to smoke anymore.

It was close to everything I wanted to visit. I got athletes foot from the shower not being cleaned well. It was nice, as I said the bathroom was not cleaned well.

The staff was so nice and our room was clean. HBO was also included. Great hotel for the money. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not like anything about it. I am glad it was still cool. Every thing. My receipt stated less than you charged me, for the room. The hotel rooms are not updated or taken care of.

Location. The room was a very small one bed room with an intense smoking smell that permeated everything. The rude desk clerk said that's what we deserved . Although there seemed to be decent rooms available, we were put in a very small back bedroom which I would describe as a trucker's special. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The window was unscreened and did not reduce the intense smell even though we opened it.

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful when asked about dining and sightseeing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was quiet. The cont. Breakfast was a little lackluster. Coffee was good. No bagels/cream cheese. Just mini muffins, toast, cereal. The front desk person was wonderful. She took the time to tell me of sights to see and what order to see them for my schedule. She was very helpful and welcoming. I was in a smoking room and could not get into a nonsmoking room, but not for lack of trying on her part. I just put an electric air freshener in the outlet and all was well. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located to everything. I traveled alone and was not concerned about my safety while there. The pillows were a little flat for my taste. Overall, my experience was good and I would stay there again.

Clerks were friendly. Bathroom was patched poorly. It is okay if you get it cheap. The breakfast is minimal, the corridors are smoky.

The staff was very nice, polite and very helpful. They tried very hard to accommodate us. That we could not have joining rooms. It was very nice, clean, and continent. The breakfast was not good. The job needed to be filled. There was only two cereals and a couple of loafs of bread. I was also confused as they had me sign a credit card statement showing the rooms were cheaper than what you billed me for.
