Late arrival, but staff was prompt, and helpful getting me checked in. Location in downtown Long beach was very convenient for beach access, access to dining,and other shopping needs.

this hotel is the best! I have stayed at many Super 8's while on the road and this one by far exceeds all expectatons. Super clean rooms, great staff, great location, well maintained and great value for your money. Lots of extra perks like larger breakfast, cookies in the afternoon, family fun room, dvds and the location is perfect! Will be back, thanks management and staff for a great stay!

The hotel is easy to find and was clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and found the staff friendly and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable, the only unfortunate thing was the lack of an in room coffee maker. The hotel offered fresh coffee, juice and snacks through out the day. It was also nice to meet the staff dog known by the staff as ""The Boss"". The hotel is friendly to pets and children.

Close to beach, good breakfast, ground floor. Right by a road. The refrigerate ran too much. It was very pleasing, and friendly. They helped when we ask. Smiled when we approached. Nice Anniversary time.

Close to the beach and town. Was way to hard for a pillow top. It was okay for an over night stay but not for more then that beds are uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful when I wanted to change rooms. The rooms lack of air conditioning however this is only an issue a few days a year.

It's quiet and centrally located/ multiple restaurants near by. Bad odor in room and no air conditioning or fan in room. The hotel has a nice appearance and offers internet in lobby its centrally located in town and beach near by. My room was right next to the elevator and laundry room by you couldn't hear either. The hotel was quiet but the rooms had a funky odor.

Close to town. No air conditioning & no pool. I had four employees staying at the hotel. They were tired and hot, there was no air conditioning, and no pool to cool off either. They were all miserable.

The staff was wonderful! No complaints. We especially enjoyed the full breakfast, movies, popcorn and cookies. The location was perfect. Right in the center of town and just a couple of blocks from the beach.
