It was cheap and convenient. Smelled like smoke and poorly cleaned. Had the room been cleaned better. The hotel was smaller and older.

While the owner and desk staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel is bare bones, smells like mildew, and the pool is small, in need of painting, and located in a small and odd space (right next to the lobby). Though our room was described as a "suite", it was only slightly bigger than a regular room and the only furniture besides the 2 queen beds was a dresser, armoire, and a couple of of wobbly chairs--no sofa or apholstered chairs. The 1/2 bath and small sink are were as tiny as they would be in any regular room. No luxeries! I did not think it was worth the * we paid.

Location. My fault really; I was put in a smoking room. Good place for a one-night stay (we were there for a wedding reception) as a person travels or is on business. Wouldn't go there for a vacation!

The accommodations were acceptable for the price, but we were very disappointed with the amenities and the lack of customer service

Location, ease of access from interstate, proximity to quick eats. Everything was ok, not great, but clean, comfortable and safe. Easy access from I-55 and near many fast food restaurants and gas stations. A good place to stop overnight halfway between Chicago and St. Louis.

Near the highway and restaurants. Lights didn't work, didn't have maintenance. The motel fit our needs. Not all the lights worked in the room. The person checking in had to take care of everything so that wasn't good. Other than great affordable place to stay.

The rooms were clean but I feel like it could have been better a pool that was usable would have been better.
